The letter came right before dawn and shoo everyone out of her room. Because she wanted to be alone with her thoughts. Lillith place the white rose on her nightstand in crytal glass with a little bit water. With a sad smile she reads the letter that Ian wrote for her. The red haired vampiress knows that war is getter near by the night, and she is scared for everyone she loves and care about. She can hear cries of the lost lifes and the craze of war in her ears that echos thru her bloodlines.

She gentley wipe away blood colored tears from her green eyes knowing that she have to be strong thru this. By the grace of the Goddess they will get thru this without blood being shed. The young vampire gently fold the letter up and put it under her pillow. Knowing that she will wait until the end of time for that man, that has her heart completly in his hands.

"Oh, Divin Mother. Please hear this plea from your dark child. Please let everyone I love and care about be safe. Please my lady, I don't want war to darkend anyones homes. I say in your loving name. Amen." she quietly pray. After the prayer she when back to sleep, with nightmares of the horror of war that is not her own. When she woke it was sundown, and put on a simple black dress with her hair up. She will not wear any jewels today or any day until everything is fine once again.

She walk out of her room, and into the hallway that leads to the gardens. Once outside she takes a deep breath and be happy that she is alive for a moment. She knows the council will want her there, and she will be willing to work with them for the peace of everyone. She sit on the stone bench that not too long ago that she sit with Lord Ian at the ball.

Ian had a few hours of sleep before he went with the king and spoke to the generals and nobles. The talks lasted hours before the war council with the elders and king went into a meeting. Ian was questioned and re-questioned, before the elders came up with there desicion but would not speak of it till they got word from the vampyres. Ian was still weak from his ordeal but made sure to freshen up before going to Lady Lillith. In his green royal uniform with brown boots, his dagger on his hip and sword on the oppisite. As Ian strolled with comfidence he hoped the small meal he had earlier made him look a bit better as he turned the corner into the garden. Lady Lillith looked like a vision setting, the bandage didn't even dampen her beauty.

"You should be asleep my lady, but I guess goddess need no sleep." He grinned wildly before picking up one of the fallen seeds on the moonlit ground before a big beautiful lilly sprouted and opened and Ian stepped close to put in her hair. The use of his magic strapped him and he looked a bit more pale the dark circles looking more prounced but he smiled as he kissed her hand. "How are you feeling my lady."

She turn and laugh lightly at the Goddess comment. Lillith sees that her knight is worn out, but it was sweet of him to place a flower in her hair. "I am doing alright my dear. But I fear that war is coming for us." the green eyed vampire said with a dark tone in her voice. She lead him to sit next to her and if he wanted to lay his head on her shoulder he can. The young lady wonders if there is a life for them now and forever.

She gently kiss his forhead, knowing that elves may live a long time they are still moral, compired to a vampire. She fear losing him to the other side of that dark veil that she will never see. But it feels right in his loving arms, so she will make every moment count. She compire him to the sun, and she the moon always chasing one another thru the endless sky.

Ian sat and sighed before sliding one arm around Lillith's small waist. "There are things at work. I pray we do not go to war. Our people both have been scared by it deeply, and with a time of peace we are able to rebuild and flourish. But these radical humans seem to think we are some work of evil." Ian rolled his eyes at the comment knowing after spending much time studying an dhanving human friends of there beliefes to know that not only was this group wrong but very insane indeed.

The elf rested his head on the lady's shoulder and smiled, "Worry not my Moon Lilly, only the Great One can keep me from you and I never see him doing that so war or no we shall be as we are." Ian grinned before looking inot the eyes that reminded him of the forest he loved so much. Leaning in close he could feel her cool evening skin to his but before he could clame the prize of her lips the bush rustled more than a breeze and Ian spun into a stand with is sword to the ready. A house servent looking frightened stood shaking and wide eyed. "My...my lord, the healer." the servent said but was cut off by Ian's growl, "You dare walk up unannounced after an attack on the Lady Lillith. I should have your head for your ignorance." The elf snapped, he could feel the adreniline going to his head after being unused. Sheithing his sword and the servent on the verge of tears Ian waved his hand. "Deliver your message you daft woman." His voice was very little conpassionate as the servent squeeked that the healer wished her a good night and asked her to double her intake of blood for the next couple of days. She scurried off and Ian sat before rubbing his graying face... "I hope that dosen't make it back to my sister. I will not have her berating me about her stupid maids again."

His eyes a bit dimmer his skin losing it's warm glow and his attitued far from charming Ian was a bit thred barin. The taking of memories takes alot of power and a stedy mind and Ian was not only tired but worried. But looking up his eyes where sincer. "With the lady's permision I would like to be your personal guard." He could feel the questions but held up his hand. "After your attack I was scaed and very worried, I will feel no one could do justice to your safty but myself so with your permission I will move into the room in your quarters. It is the guards room and is close but nto to close to where it would be... questionable." The elf chose his words wisely, he was a man of honor and he didn't want to sound like a lowlife. "If you refuse I understand but know I will get no sleep and just simply sit outside of your door every day all day." His words where plain to the vampyress but very honest, crossing his arms like his sweet nephew did when he didn't get his way.

She sees that he is worn to the bone when he barks at young maid. Lillith holds his arm so he don't do anything rash, and then the little maid leaves after telling what the healers want her to do. "Don't worry, I think that she will understand." the green eyed vampire said softly while looking into his worn out blue eyes. She lead him to sit back down. "By the Goddess, I hope so." she said with a gentle smile.

"Sure you can be my guardog. Because I don't want you to worry about me." she said with a cheeky tone, but she been worrying how well that he been sleeping. The vampiress gently kiss him, hoping that will get him to relax and get to sleep. She knows that he will be of no use to anyone like this.

Ian chuckled at the guard dog comment but with the softness of her cool lips touching his he could think of nothing else but her. His lips pressing to hers before he deepened the kiss pulling her close, his heart hammering in his chest and his magic sparking around them as he lost himself in the sensation of the kiss. Only Lillith could ever calm him as a raging storm or make him even think of killing another. Pulling back gently but still resting his forhead to hers as he panted lightly from the kiss he spoke. "How you undo me so fare maiden." Ian smiled as he caressed he alabaster cheek, he could kiss her all night but if they did not get back the elf knew someone else would come looking for them. But first Ian had to speak his peace.

"I am a triditional m- elf and this is quite unorthodox to my people." He spoke gently looking right into her forest eyes, "But if there is war there may be a time we are seporated." He opened his mouth and closed it again before sighing. "I would have liked to speak with your father first but fear he would rather have my head then agree...we are still working with diplomisy with your people...but off topic.." Ian sighed now knowing he was rambling and dripped to his knee infront of Lillith. "My lady I come not as a lord or prince but as in elf whom you have captured my heart, and I ask if war is iminent and we are set apart from eachother...Will you wait for my return and seek no other?" He led both her cool hands as he spoke from the heart and prayed she didnt laugh. "It is unfair of me to ask such a thing for you are young and have many suiters but I still ask. If...when I return I will honor my vow and see to it you are and offical lady of the court and hand fasted to me. You will want for nothing and we can live out our days or nights together." Ian wore a werry smile but it was a smile none the less. He had done it and proclaimed his love for his lady and now on one knee waited for her answer. And her answer would determine everything for him.

She can feel thru the kiss that he is coming back to her slowly. "As you undo me, my white knight." Lillith said with a heartfelt smile. When the kiss broken, but she still see the sky blue eyes that she felling in love with. Her heart starts to beat a little fast not knowing what he will do as he touch her face. He is the only one that she ever wanted, a fire to her cold heart. Everytime he kiss, or even touch her, she melts even more.

When he falls on his knees, she starts to cry happy blood colored tears. "I will wait for you until the end of time. My father would not have your head, but my mother maybe will." she said with a longing tone in her voice. "I never seen you other then a humble elf, and that is all I want. I want to be yours body and soul, because I love you more then all the stars in the sky." the red haired vampiress said as she hug his neck. Knowing that the world may never get their love, but they will have one another. Everyword that she said is true and there is not enfe words in any languge to say how much she loves him.

Ian could had cried when Lillith spoke. When her arms wrapped around his neck he scooped her up and spun her around. "Oh my moon lilly I love you so." He said spinning her and holding her tightly. When they stopped he kissed her deeply wanting to convay his love to her. He was all wide smile and love when he put her on her feet again. "We should be inside now, there is a curfew inforced and it would do no good to have us seen breaking a royal decree." Ian chuckled whipping away the trails of her tears. Holding his arm in a light bow he escorted the lady back to her chambers, her ladies in waiting where up preparing her night close when Ian gave her a quick kiss. "I will see you tomorrow night my lady." The elf stated with a wink before dissapering only three doors down the hall to a small door.

But it wasn't the next night he would be seen. His body using so much energy and then not sleeping or eating properly, Ian slept two full days stright. The queen sent her physician to see about her brother but the healer meerly stated he had been under stress and had used much power for something and was just resting. The kiing not telling the queen much but allowing her to send her healer was questionable but Ian was up the third day eating most of it. The king allowed Ian time to himself to recouperate before there would be more talk but the king would not ask Ian to put so much strain on himself again. Ian's skin gaining it's sun soaked luster and his dak circles reciding he left a basket of white and blood red rosed with a large box of blood filld chicilate with Lillith's ladies and a small note.

'Forgive me for sleeping threw our date but I wait for you tonight at our bench.

She giggles lightly as he swing her around, and glad that he hers. Lillith kiss back gently, feeling his love like a roaring fire on her skin. "Of course, we don't want to that." she said with a cheeky tone in her voice. She lean into his hands as he wipe away the happy tears. The green eyed woman gently holds his arm, which she is in cloud nine.

"Tomorrow, than." she said with a slight smile when he left her with her ladies. While Ian is out like a light for two days, Lillith when to the King. Knowing how worn out Ian is, she have the feeling that it was due to talking to the man that attacked her. "Your Highness. If you need to get informastion, please come get me. I can get it, without wearing out in long run." the vampire lady said with a bow. The King looks at her with wondering how she can do that. "Blood holds memories, and only vampires can see it." she said simply.

She also sent a white owl with a letter to the Vatican, to a friend of the family that family been ally since Abel. Hopfully they can help, and tell her if setican 13 is back online. If so, it means that more then a few head people in the Vatican is ready to go to war.

When she walks back, she saw the roses and chocolate; the lady only smile. She pick them up and put the flowers in water. Then she eats a few pieces of chocolate while reading the letter. She giggles lightly, than put away the chocolate. The red haired vampiress put the letter with the other one under her pillow. She change into a simple white dress and fit her hair. The front of her hair is pull up, while everything else flows down.

Once the night fell she walks out to the garden to the bench. She starts to sing softly as the midnight roses starts to open up.

The King had council with lady Lillith and would consider her to help with any intaragations but not completelt discount his brother- in- law. I was loyal and a very powerful elf, he had a warriors heart for honor and justic and would never turn away from those he loved.

Walking into the garden he heard soft music and the roses seemed to sway to the music, walking on he heard it was not just music but someone singing. Seeing bred hair and a pale pillar he grinned, who else could sing to roses as good as any elven maiden. Walking un he wrapped his arms around her waist and hummed behind her. "What would the elven maides do if they knew Lady Lilith sang the roses into another beauty they could never do..." Chuckling he kissedher cheek.

Lillith close her forest green eye as she sings her heart out, to the roses around her. She didn't even feel Ian behind her until he hug and purr in her ear. The red haired vampriess giggle light as her elven lord kiss her cheek. She put her pale hands over his with a light smile, without opening her eyes. "I think that I put a spell on them to move while I sing. They will have to deal with it." she said with a silly tone in her voice.

The Lady in white gently sway to the music in her heart, and hmm lightly. She feel safe in his arms, and she wish that she can stay in them for all time. His warm skin slowly warming her up, because she always cool to the touch.

Ian chuckled low in her ear. "My lady does what she wishes, as she wishes." He chuckled as they swayed ligthly, Lillith so cool in his arms smelling so sweet. Pulling her just a bit closer before sighing, and loosening his grip on her. "Your voice is beautiful, and I have something for you because I am so so sorry for being tired and so on." Standing and holding his hands out he grinned showing they where empty before flipping his left hand and gliding his right over it. A small red box appeared and Ian opened it slowly reveiling Emerald and Jade earrings, in the shape of hearts dropping. "I hope you like them."

She turn around when he said when sorry, and when she sees the red box the red haired vampiress was hopeing for a ring. When Ian open the box and see the earings her heart drop a little, but she keep a smile on her face for her knight. Lillith pick them up and put them on with a gentle smile for the thoughtful gift. "They are are beautiful. You don't need to be sorry." she said while patting his face.

The green eyed woman kiss, his lips lightly as to said thank you. Her pale hands rest on his around his neck. She can feel his heart beating under her hands.

Ian gently deepened the kiss, her cool lips sparking something in him, he'd only dreamed of. Lilith was all Ian ever wanted in a mate, in a wife and as soo as they had the chance he would handfast her and make her his wife. Gently pulling her closer by the waiste, her porciline skin warming his. "My lady it may be out of turn but you are the outl one I know who can turn a gentleman into an animale." He chuckled resting his forehead on her's grinnign into those forest green yees of hers. "Have you eaten, Have you fed? I will not have my lady fainting because I am a man of poor manners." The elf spoke eliquently

Ian's warm lips spark the fire within her heart that he can only do. He is the only one that ever done that. Lillith can see the day that she marries him and show the whole world that she truely loves him from the bottom of her heart. When he pull the red haired vampiress closer she wrap her arms around his waite and look into those gem blue eyes that she can loss herself in. She laughs lightly at the comment that she makes him animal.

"I feed earlier. Are you overing?" she said with a slight wicked smile on her face. Lillith wonders what his blood taste like, but stop herself from feeding on him because she wants Ian consent before doing it. She startes to purr quietly, and her eyes slowly twirl to a ruby red. "If you the animal what that makes me? A Seren of the night." the lady ask with a dark but, beatuifull smile that can make a man scared out of his mind but also drawn to her.

Ian grinned, "You always intrance me so I believe the answer is yes." Pulling her into another kiss, as he tasted her lips again his heart seemed to pick up speed and his blood warm. "I would always offer to you my love." His words a hushed whisper. His body so close to his he could smell her cool scent, thoughts danced him his mind as he tried to supress his want for her. Clearing his throat he put a bit of space between he and his lover but still kept a hold on her curved hips. "I should be scolded for the way I act around you in privite. I invite you to talk in privite and here I am trying to maul you." The elf shook his head and laughted gently.

She purr as he kiss her again, only with the taste of his lips. Ian's warm body smells better everyday that past, and it getting harder for her to hold back. Lillith smiles lightly even when there is some room between them, and she slowly move her hands to his chest. The red haired vampiress was thinking about takeing a sip of her beloved's blood when a dove hop on to her shoulder with a letter.

Letting go of the blue eyed elf to get the letter, and open it. She quickly reads the letter and her eye slowly turn back to green with a frown on her face. The letter came from the Pope himself, and it seems that someone in the Vatican started up section 13 again without him knowing about it. "Thank you my friend, get some rest." she said nicely to the dove as it flys off. Then a raven with red eyes deliver a letter in black with the red seal of the vampiric kingdom, and she also read that letter quickly with a sinking heart.

"I am sorry, dear that our time is cut short. But I need to see the King now. The letters are from home and the Vatican." she said in a sad voice, knowing that war is closing in around her. Lillith grab his hand and lead him away from the garden, to where the King hopfully is.
