Immortals at War

I was wanting to start a role-play centered around immortals. The idea is that over time God selected a few people to give immortality to to do his work and guard humanity. 

At some point, the immortals start to question their mission and split into two groups: the faithful and the fallen. 
Both believe that they are following the right path. 

Now humanity is stuck in the middle of a war between the immortals.

You can play a human or an immortal. I'm thinking I might like to have angels and demons in there, too, so if anyone's interested then they could play one of those.

Alrighty! I'm going to wait a day to see if anybody else wants to join in, and then I'll start an OOC thread where everyone can say what characters they're using and whatnot so we can get this ball rolling!
