"Thank you, Darla. Our top stories tonight: Neo Rocket continue to harass Police and Trainers in yet another raid on a Pokemon Center in Goldrenrod City. Neo-Rocket leader, Yohan, has told the world that he "has great uses for the Pokemon planed. Trainers should give them up or have then ground into the dirt". Concerned Trainers have been setting up guard factions around local Pokemon Centres in an effort to defend them and their Pokemon.

An exciting new discovery has been electrifying the Pokemon Research world. The newly discovered Pokemon was spotted by two trainers while walking through forest near Ecruteak City. The creature is reported to have human-like intelligence, as the report from the two Trainers states that the creature was able to speak. The creature, currently being named 'Twintails" or "Twails" after it's resemblance to the Pokemon Ninetails, appeared to take offence when the two Trainers attempted to capture the Pokemon. They're battle ended with Twails rushing off into the forest after defeating the Trainers Pokemon with a kind of metal weapon. A proper description has not been released. Professor Oak of Pallet Town has put up a 1000 pokedollar reward for the capture of Twails for study. Professor Elm added another 500 to the reward later today."

A lazy gesture towards someone off in the background summons him over. He leans down, ear waiting for the orders.
"Find this Twails. Put our best men on it."
"Yes sir."
