I made this RP a little while ago. People on the other site didn't really seem interested. But hey, I gotta at least try it here.
It's about this place called Sierane (pronounced as sy-rain/ say-rain), also known as the Land of Hope.
About 500 years ago Earth became unable to sustain life due to the global warming and the pollution. The humans escaped and found a place they call Terrase, which is just like Earth.
They find Sierane. It's the small spot of land located between the giant continents of Estris and Triel, and is the last place left on Terrase with clean water. Terans, the natives, are similar to humans, in almost every way but have special abilities and more strength, speed and agility than the humans. It turns out they were also ripping their own world apart just like the humans had done with Earth.
When the humans arrived, roughly 60% of them were killed within the next 365 days. The Terans turned the remaining 40% into slaves or simply tortured them to death. Over time the numbers depleted to less than 600 people due to starvation, inability to adapt to the new surroundings and also due to unbearably harsh treatment by the Terans who owned them. Some of the humans turned into hybrids, rejected from both humans and Terans. Now that Sierane is the only thing left on Terrase that keeps everything moving and breathing, the humans, hybrids, and Terans are all fighting for it.
Of course the Faey had to appear. Humanoid creatures with gigantic feathery wings. They don't feel hunger or thirst. They're there to protect the last living part of Terrase. Even if it does mean that everything else has to die.
By the way, they would have already left Terrase to find another world if they could find enough materials to build spaceships.
Faey
They are beings with an appearance similar to a Teran/ human (they all look the same). However they have large feathery wings and carry weapons with blades. They also have a tattoo of a figure with wings on their collarbones. They are mute but have mouths, and communicate through telepathy. There are only five of them, led by one of their own, but they are stronger than the Teran Army Elites. Their weakness is aluminium, the rarest metal on Terrase. None of them know anything of their past but know that they must protect Sierane, no matter what.
Terans
Because of the diminishing resources and the destruction of their planet, there are roughly 1100 left. They are humanoid in appearance but have a marking in the shape of a spiral over their hearts. A boy will have a vertical line cutting across the spiral, while for girls it's horizontal. The Terans also have elongated canines (the pointed teeth just before the molars) and all are very beautiful. They are weak against copper and brass. There is a small group of roughly forty who are known as the Elites.
Humans
There are only 600 of them left. They took over Estris and chased all the Terans out to Triel, Jsentius and Isenath, stealing military supplies and vehicles. They are split in six groups (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot), each under two co-leaders, and are all controlled by a single person. Foxtrot is the largest, with 200. Alpha are the best soldiers.
Hybrids
They are unthinking, vicious creatures more powerful than Terans and Humans. They usually take on the form of a wyvern (dragon with the skeletal structure of a bird) and are capable of destroying large cities.
I guess I can just leave the fate of all life in the RPers' hands. Do the humans live? Or the Terans? What will happen to the Faey? Either way there's probably gonna be lots of action.
Maybe we can introduce a new, even more powerful being. Someone that can somehow save everyone.
