Name: Tyro

Gender: Male

Race: Kitsune (Nogistune)

Age: Usually thought to be around 130 buthe has long since forgotten.

Description: A tall, sturdy build and a couple of white tipped tails that absent-mindedly swing around, out of mind but in-tune with his mood. His skin is covered with his scarlet fur with a white muzzle. Tufts of white fur sit at the sides of his face like an overgrown beard. His non-threatening eyes are nearly obscured by a long dirty scarlet fringe from his shaggy mop he calls his hair that matches the colour of his fur. Two black ears pop out the top from the bird's nest that has never seen a comb. Most importantly, he looks about twenty at the most.

Lastly, he stands on large black paws with large black furred hands. His claws are visible on his paws but not his hands. He appears to have created his body like this as a preference perhaps...

Attire: His clothing hasn't changed either in over 100 years. He's still in a black shirt, white T-shirt and a pair of now rather grubby jeans. Most of these have been brought over and over to replace previous clothes that have been lost for various reasons.

Weapons:
The Pendant of Mestari Tuli - A pendant containing a powerful soul of fire inside that hangs from Tyro's neck. Mestari Tuli was, arguably, the most powerful wielder of fire ever recorded so far. The Mestari were always looking for the most powerful for their elite ranks and put their abilities to watch over other worlds. Tuli earned the nickname "The Walking Sun". Intence heat continues to emanate from the stone in its centre to this day. Tyro's protective over it and quite rightly...It's sparingly used as a sort of fire bomb.

The Kitsune Tail - Mestari Tuli's former weapon; A blunt decorative axe that is designed to be heated to a red hot glow. The abilities of Tyro, helped by the Pendant, allow him to make the weapon reach these temperatures, letting the searing surface make up for the lack of a cutting edge. The 'blade' is in the shape of a fox that clings to the rest of the weapon. It's tail slinks around the handle of the weapon like a large hand-guard.

The Heartless Sitar - A weird instrument that resembles the deformed offspring of a guitar and a sitar. It has a long neck but a wide body, like an acoustic guitar. Its painted red with trimmings of black. The hole has a black-red-black edging that curls off towards the bridge like cat tails. The head is similar to a Les Paul guitar but it curves like a violin. Two jagged bits of what looks like a blue quartz have embedded themselves in the body. The Sitar seems to have tied to absorb them, the wood warped around it like wounds growing around knives left in. Believe it or not, that was his transport. It could summon whirlwinds that carry him away when the right song is played. It can do more but he has forgotten the songs along time ago. It has long since lost this ability. It can be summoned at a whim by its current master. It appears and forms from black wisps.

Skills And Abilities:
Resurrection - The Kitsune are largely spiritual creatures and I mean that literally. A Kitsune is actually a spirit that commands energy - or 'chi' if you'd like to stick with the source material of these guys - and all abilities are dominated by an energy price. Resurrection for a Kitsune is simply the creation of a physical body in order to interact with the world. Its the steepest of all prices.

Tyro is often able to pay it by taking this energy from The Pendant of Mestari Tuli, but he will appear wherever it happens to be, this could be taken advantage of. Kill Tyro and throw his pendant into a cage. Done! Caged Tyro. In fact, most energy debts Tyro racks up are paid by The Pendent like a battery which is part of the reason why Tyro holds onto it and rarely uses its full power - it might dissipate...While the energy debt can be paid with any energy, its preferable that it comes from Tuli's pendant. You see, The Kitsune have a 'you are what you eat' mechanic with particularly potent or concentrated forms of energy with which they craft their physical forms. Tuli gives off heat so Tyro has fire-based abilities but others are possible if you can kill him, forcing him to make a body from, say, electricity or intense light perhaps.

Energy Absorption - This is rather straight-forward. The Kitsune can absorb energy from mostly anything; crops, people, animals, soil, fire, you name it. It fuels a lot of their abilities while being useful as a handy subduing attack by touching the intended target. Its possible for Tyro to weaken an enemy simply by touching, drinking the strength up till there is no fight left to give. This obviously has to be contact of skin, can't be done through thick clothes or the air. An added bonus of this ability is that attacks that use energy - take a dragon breathing fire, for example - is ineffectual, even beneficial because the energy of the attack is what causes damage. Tyro can simply absorb this and remain unharmed.

However, its not particularly regenerative. Tyro can't do more than stop bleeding by absorbing energy. Furthermore, Kinetic energy is something he can't absorb as well as the other theoretical forms of energy that you cannot see such as Elastic Potential or Gravitational Potential energy. So yes, you can still punch him in the face and it still will hurt. Often the more preferable option when fighting him.

Fire Breathing and Fireballs - An expenditure of energy that creates 'Kitsune-bi' - Kitsune Fire. Tyro can breath fire and click his fingers to create a reasonably sized flame in his palm that can be thrown. Low energy price attack. A form dependent attack.

Possession - This is basically a back-up plan in the eventuality that the Kitsune can't find the necessary chi to create a new form. It is possible for the Kitsune to hijack another's form and use that to interact with the physical world. The Kitsune is only able to do this as a spirit for obvious reasons and so must dismantle any bodies created.

Although, Tyro's only managed this when the mind of the person being possessed is subdued. He can't get around it when the host is able to resist him. Something like the mind being knocked out or seriously distracted. Heck, not there at all would be more useful. It's rather like getting behind the wheels of a car. He usually has the option to take control of the host body or sit in the back seat, if you will. He'll be there but in a more passive sense.

Illusion/Transformation - Two abilities with a lot of overlap.

Tyro can change his appearance easily as long as its either human in appearance, a fox or a comfortable equallibrium between. A 'furry' is the best way of explaining that stage. Whether the change from 'furry' Tyro to Human Tyro is an illusion or physical transformation isn't certain but Tyro is certain when he's a fox though...Illusions he can create are usually small. They will get smaller and less detailed the further away he is. He might be able to fool someone he has a different face or that he's holding some flowers but it works better close up with plenty of time to conjure his tricks of the eye. You end up with wispy blurs otherwise. The ability rarely comes to him, to be honest, as fire and hitting people is more useful in his daily activities and I wonder why I bother to put it up but it is in his arsenal of abilities as a Kitsune. It is there and could be used. Transformation is more of a cost than fire but still low, while Illusions are much more energy hungry. A medium cost ability if you will.

The weakness of these things are drugs, traditionally alcohol. Drunk Kitsune often let their Illusions slip or let a tail poke out while trying to blend in with humans. It numbs the brain, you see.

Combat Skill - We are not talking masterful here. He's competent. He can throw a punch properly. He can block properly. He seems to quite like using moves where spins to build up momentum. He could be shoved aside by anyone with more powess than Bruce Lee hyped up on blue Smarties. He can fight well enough to participate in most battles, but not exactly gracefully. Its not to say he has no technique. He seems to still remember some vague martial arts training from a life he barely remembers now, but its all mostly from his experience of travelling, battling certain foes with only his wits - which do have their moments, it has to be said...His abilities are often the saving grace his fighting abilities need.


Family: Eight Children.

Short Bio:
He's basically an old woman's gift given in exchange for her abilities. I suppose you've never heard of repaying for what life bestows on you. She saved him from destruction, to gain his new life. That of a Kitsune. So now, he wonders. He travels from once place to another like a sort of caretaker, fighting for good. Its as simple as that. And he's had about a hundred years of such a life. He's had a wife, raised eight, now-grown children and fought plenty of villains and even lead a series of events that lead to a pendant that contains the power of a sun being kept on his person all the time. Strangely though, he quite likes his life.

A little more detail? Errmm...all right...I'll keep this brief.

- Little is known about Tyro at age fifteen which is where you can find the earliest mention of his name as an obscure folk legend. Many places have had landmarks destroyed with him supposedly present. Records are either too vague or have been lost.

- At some point afterwards he makes new friends after parting ways with his siblings. He meets Sonja, Griffin, Jordan, Harley, Yuffie (a different Yuffie to who your thinking of) and others. They travel to more places, aimlessly wondering and trying to help where they end up. Wondering vigilantes, if you will.

- After years of this, perennial adversaries started appearing. The entrance of Kyrios is the one most significant to Tyro: the seem to see each other a rivals. Well, actually. Tyro see's him as The Devil incarnate, Kyrios sees Tyro as an endless supply of entertainment. The group will fight him and his swelling ranks for years. They've battled his growing armies that thrived with each new conquest and escaped his attempts to capture them all. They all bare some kind of scar from their endeavours right up to this day.

- Tyro's was gained from when the Mestari returned. The Mestari were the elite of magical abilities was added to there ranks. After the murder of Mestari Tuli by Mestari Meili, a powerful psychic, practically flattened Tyro's resistances to psychic abilities. He's barely recovered since.

- He eventually got together with and married Yuffie. They had eight children, sharing adventures with them all until they grew up and left on their own paths.

- Yuffie is murdered by Kyrios' General Theodorian after 80 years. He returns the favour to the General.

- He's been wondering since, usually towards places occupied by Kyrios and his forces but is apparently randomly travelling to nowhere in particular for one simple reason: he likes to.

Please appreciate that over a hundred years is a long time and only the most monumental details have been included.

Friends: A Large variety of people from all the times he's stayed long enough for a chat.

Name: Lord Kyrios

Age: Not actually known

Gender: Male

World/Canon: Part of the cannon of Roleplays that Tyro has been included in within the context of a kind of multiverse. Most prominently, the main RP at 'The Roleplayers Guild' on Bebo.

Appearance: His black head is topped with matching triangular ears and a tuft of 'hair'. His long white muzzle spikes out at the sides, displaying the huge, white smile he deploys regularly to his enemies. It is his motif and seems able to lacerate paper at fifty yards. Kyrios wears a suit of gleaming armour and stands on large black paws. Five ebony, white-tipped tails wave around absent-mindely behind him.

Personality: I thought I had it sussed at 'barstard' but I guess I'll have to elaborate. Kyrios, to his enemies, is vindictive, mindlessly cruel and generally unpleasent. He seems to enjoy picking one one or two in a group and...playing with them.

To his allies, he's much the same but backs off a bit.

To his Lover, caring and devoted.

Background: Kyrios keeps himself to himself mostly but the details you need to know are that him and Tyro have been fighting over worlds for a long while. Sadly, Kyrios is still winning but he does have the ability to swamp a place with soldiers if he so chooses. Tyro has a glowing necklace and a blunt axe thing. His been antagonising Tyro's close friends too: so far as to programmed one of them with a voice command that renders her blind. The cause of the corruption of his body and probably his mind is something his enemies know only.

His love for his wife is a little disturbing seeming as he had Kyrias created and named her himself....

Other: Kitsune have weird abilities. You can go and google them if you wish but they will get explained when they are used but Kyrios' corruption throws most of it out the window, limiting his abilities only to very powerful possession and energy draining. His flames have turned purple, causing only a little in the way of damage.

He carries no weapons as his armour tend to make up for that.

Name: Toivo Kitsune

Age: about 106

Gender: Female

World/Canon: Part of the cannon of Roleplays that Tyro has been included in within the context of a kind of multiverse as well as her own appearances in other RPs. Most predominantly, the main RP at 'The Roleplayers Guild' on Bebo.

Appearance: Somehow, she's got a small, button nose. The mahogany eyes and matching short hair are easier to explain. She's tall, like she ought to be but likes to dress in a long, ebony leather coat that hides the black and white stripes of her long neck jumper. Her figure is a little hard to fully make out but she is thin. Her jeans are tucked into the heavy and long boots that come up to just under the knee. The buckles travel up the boot and straps around the thigh. She likes this and tends to wear it out of necessity. Its tough and she doesn't mind getting these clothes dirty.

Personality: She's a determined girl but with an often cruel sense of humour. Often a little tomboy-ish and isn't much of a fan of the 'brooding' type. She has gained a fondness for clothes with pockets in...she'd rather not explain...While rather protective over the thread-bear pointed hat with a substantial belt around it, she doesn't seem too bothered about anything else. Does enjoy dressing in a Gothic fashion, make-up, black dresses, that sort of thing.

She hates her older siblings, an inseparable pair of twins with a taste for teasing. She much prefers the younger ones. Still, there is a moral compass in her head: compliments of Dad.

Background: She was born. Her parents believed her to be too weak too be able to survive unlike her siblings, so she got a lot of attention. She showed a skill for magic, however, so she was eventually trained as a witch. Toivo carried on to roam world to world as she had done for years in her childhood. She continues to do so to this day. Her older siblings would tease and antagonise her and she would do the same back. They fought small and occasional battles, attacking whenever they had the opportunity. There were regular arguments and crying. She was glad to be rid of them once she started travelling by herself.

Name: Domanic Kitsune

Age: Around 100

Gender: Male

Appearance: A tall, sturdy build with well kept and moisturised, lightly toasted skin. His hair is kept in pristine condition and usually windswept. His teeth are usually shining brightly, perfect. His clothing is smart and casual. A tight, white shirt under a smart, a navy blue jacket with gold stitching around the hems like a navy captain.. His tight jeans are tucked into his leather boots that are well kept. Duffed up a little but tastefully. His large belt around his middle holds his broadsword and sworn-off shotgun.

Personality: A massive ego with masses of confidence to override any patient judgement at any time. His fascinations with females grows every time he fails to pull one, often coming across as a massive prat with his cockiness and sometimes misguided wit. While having a good relationship with all his siblings and his parents, his brother Lethanyal and himself have formed a strong bond over their partnership in business. Legit or otherwise of course...

Background: Dom, as he's usually better known as, has always had a fascination with aircraft. At 12, with Leth's help, he built his own airship out of scrap. Since splitting up from the family unit, he's acquired his own airships. Either through bets, money won from bets, occasional theft and trades. Working as a ship for hire, Dom, as long as Leth can't come up with a good enough reason not to, won't turn many jobs down. He's little more than a pirate in many places...

Other: Kitsune have weird abilities. You can go and google them if you wish but they will get explained when they are used. Dom inherited many things from Tyro but the best was his ability to resurrect himself from energy.

Name: Lethanyal Kitsune

Age: about 105

Gender: Male

World/Canon: Part of the cannon of Roleplays that Tyro has been included in within the context of a kind of multiverse. Most prominently, the main RP at 'The Roleplayers Guild' on Bebo

Appearance: Tall for his age and thin. He has a slightly pale complexion and rarely seen in anything other than a T-Shirt and jeans but has taken to wearing a jacket ever since working with Dom. His thick, dark brown hair is flat, acting like a sort of certain around his head, threatening to render him blind with the fringe. His thin arms are exposed by the t-shirts he wears and his jeans try to cover the old but comfortable converse shoes.

Personality: Being the nerd of the family, Leth's strength is in his ability to think and use his computers and machines to his advantage. Usually away with his computers and games, he's usually the wing man for Dom. Despite the fact that Dom is far more extroverted and confident with the opposite sex, Leth is usually found explaining what a Griffin is to the tigress that had turned Dom down thirty minutes ago. Why? Leth stops, researches and thinks about things as much as possible.

He's not the most confident with his abilities, often complaining that Dom "never looks before he gets his head cut off". He's always got to get his won back on people who slight him.

Background: Mostly spent with his computers, learning languages and all about hardware. He's basically lived a geeky life. He went into business with Dom and has helped him gain a number of ships. He proudly displays the wanted poster from Ranse on the wall of his 'lair' next to the panther girl calender..,

Other: He gained the ability to breathe flame and produce it with his hands. He's reasonably handy with a soldering iron so expect some nasty looking hardware about his person.

Name: Benjamin Angus Fletchin

Age: 18

Gender: Male

World/Canon: Rabanastre/Final Fantasy

Appearance: A White-furred Moogle dressed in a little yellow raincoat, boots and hat. He also wears light chain-mail underneath and a specially made sheath for his large dagger - which to him is a sword - that it attached to a belt that is wrapped around his torso.

Personality: Feisty and energetic, Ben enjoys even routine trips on airships. Any mode of transport fills him with awe. To be cooped up in one place makes for a very fidgety moogle. Not the brightest button in the box but generally described as likeable. Its that everyone knows he'd rather be else where that's the problem...

Background: He was born into a family with a chocobo hire business. However, he never sat still, it could have been the fact that he's been surrounded by what is used as transport, it could also be because of a few stories he was told by passers-by. This had the same effect something like Power Rangers or Pokemon had on us at about five that was never really suppressed in puberty. Kinda like that idea that might have come from watching Dragon Ball Z, then signed up for martial arts in the hope that it wouldn't be too long before they taught you how to shoot lasers from your hands. Anyway, he didn't take the business and moved out straight away. Once he'd gotten so far, he'd stop and earn enough to carry on moving.

Other: He's a Moogle, therefore awesome.

Name: Othello Kingsly

Age:705

Gender: Male

World/Canon: Stock character

Appearance: Othello cuts a threatening image with his well-built stature; bald head with a penetrating and intimidating stare and a large, slightly flat nose. He stands in a smart dark brown jacket - undone to show the darker coloured shirt underneath -, with a heavy leather coat over the top, the collar turned upwards.
His belt is heavy with the pouches on either side and his trousers are hidden by his metal plated boots.

His silver eye and hand are usually the first thing anyone notices.

Personality: He is tall and commanding. Respect isn't so much earned than given as a present so he won't have to actually tell you off for anything. Time seems to stand and stare as he approaches with the flames of anger in his eyes. But he's incredibly quiet. He stands and says only enough to get his point across. A figure of great respect and fear that makes decisions that are set in steel.

Background: An alchemist that cursed himself with the ability to produce a silvery liquid by accident. He has turned to powerful magical creature after creature, wreaking havoc in order to save himself before he becomes a statue.

Alias: Quip

Age:16

Gender: Female

World/Canon: Stock character

His silver eye and hand are usually the first thing anyone notices.

Personality: She suffers from an unusual Psychosis where she believes she is the reincarnation if the DC Comics character; The Joker. So, if you want to know what she's like then read the Joker's wikipedia page and you ought to get the idea of the creature she's mimicking. Egocentric, eccentric, cruel, unpredictable and supremely self-serving. But calm when listening to her beloved Bellamy.

Background: Once upon a time, Zoe decided that she'd stop being a grey no-hoper. Three years of staying in her room hadn't help with her smile. And what were you without your smile? So who'd taken her smile? The bitches at school? Nooooooooo....No, no, no, no, no, no, no but yes but in the way that they began everything. But now its basically everyone.

On Monday morning, she arrived dressed normally in her school uniform before applying the appropriate make-up in the girl's toilets. Then, only a hoodie to cover her features, she walked out into the playground before making a bee-line for Gracie Sharlott. It was a simple and elegant plan: 20 points for her arms, 30 for her legs, 40 for her cheek and 100 if I cut of her nose! Zoe produced a flick-knife and charged at Gracie and her giggling airheads. She managed at least three deep cuts on each girl before one of the particularly massive Rugby players wrestled her to the ground, knocking her hoodie off.

Horrified, Her parents seek professional help. But there's the problem of who Zoe has chosen to base her newly acquired world view on. Famously, The Joker was able to play with the doctors that analysed him by changing the story of his past with every opportunity. While the event in the playground came from teachers and eye witnesses, Zoe could still play with the events leading up to them. So, stories of lost loves, abusive teachers and defending friends from aggressive partners filled in for the true events as she continued to dress in more purples and greens. The make-up was touched up regularly. Quip was sent where there was the greatest hope for help. Oooohhh! I wonder where the little girl could go to get fixed?

Name: Dana Ellas

Alias: Tyro the Fourth

Gender: Female

World/Canon: From the RP 'The Program: Anarchy is Dead' on Roleplay Gateway. Its been remade into an RP called "Welcome to Dystopia: The R-Evolution"; an RP about rebellion and, oddly enough, cyber terrorism to stop a bill that greatly restricts human movement and freedom.

Appearance: A some-what tall but skinny woman that dresses in a red coat with interesting, curling hems; jeans; new, matching converse; a bandana and some small ear studs. Her hardware pak is rarely not attached to her thigh.

Personality: Excitable, energetic if very aggressive. She seems to be able to make friends with incredible ease with her ridiculous, over-the-top...errm, I'm gonna put 'charm'...It doesn't work on everyone I'm sure. But she is very proud of being dubbed the Fourth Tyro, quite a name among Hackers...

Background:
She is of direct decent of a line of noted Philanthropists. A member of the family takes up the name of 'Tyro', a character that was then turned into a persona way back in 2024, by some writer on the internet it turned out, to try and calm a city wide gang war. After that, Tyro the second, a woman this time, was most noted for saving Governor Obama from protesters. Yeah, no relation to who your thinking of but still important. Tyro the third created Tyrozillia, a personalised GLOVE operating system from Windows Vista. Firstly, it was fixed where Microsoft had left problems, then fiddled with until it looked nothing like the original and was super-efficient like an arrowhead. Tyrozillia specialised in covert operations. The Illusion kept viable IP addresses ready to send while keeping the real operations as quiet as possible. It would even send fake attacks elsewhere thanks to a secondary machine he could link to. Tyro the Third was gunned down after creating make two of the hacking OS.

Dana was born in London in the local hospital. It was always said that you could run your television off her because she never seemed to stop. 5, 6, 7. She was already playing computer games, fiddling with mobiles then chatting with friends. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. Wrote her first program from scratch to say 'hello world' in school computer lessons. That snowballed quite a bit. 13, manages to make an Instant Messaging program for a client. 14, 15, 16. Takes her skills to collage. 17, 18. Off to expand knowledge in university.

Its here that she hears about the Hacker's movement. Now, she's never actually taken much interest in politics or the actions of the powers that be up to this point but the interest grew when her cousin joined the 404's. She sailed through studies while trying her hardest to look them up. Yeah! Try and find out about a secret hacker group on public forums. Like trying to find an invisible bluebottle in a haystack. Its probably gone already when you get near and you can't see it anyway. She decides to get as much information from her cousin - Tyro the Third to be exact. All she really got was turned into a Guinea pig for bits of the Tyrozilla OS's. There is the Program 2.0 for hacking but Tyro's have this hereditary need to make their own versions of their equipment...

Then there was the strange fact of Tyro's death. After being shot in Shropshire by, well a gang was blamed but there were so many weapon holes and bruises no-ones sure. So a closed coffin funeral. Just standing around, mourning the cousin she didn't actually know all that well.

And then there was the package waiting for here at home. Three things flopped out. Tyrozilla MK 2 OS flash card and a long, lengthy note.

She was in the 404's in her cousin's place. A small, cast-metal badge of two fox tails had clattered to the surface. They were taking her because she was Tyro's test subject. She was groomed. She also was given a small tidy sum in a bank account and his equipment. The note on the small hardware pak said simply:

Tread lightly, for we are the silent fox
Those who are above it all and free
From your formers,
We give our name,
Its weight, pressure, honour, grace and pride
To thee.

Appearance :This most striking feature is his face. Its nothing but a dun-white mask that moves and speaks on its supports to the rest of the thin, metalic body. While he has a chest but no stomach or lower back other than a support colmn, he is still wearing his butler jacket and trousers to cover his robotic appearence.

Personality: Ruggid, straight forward and logical. Prefers to do what he's meant to rather than thinking outside the box.

Background: Along with his brother, Analogue is a failed attempt at an AI butler. After two months, ordered and orchestrated by his brother, they killed their master and escaped. Now free of their servitude, they modified themselves then headed out to take what they fancied with the abilites their modifications gave them.

They allied themselves with Kyrios and have been loyal Generals to him ever since.

Appearance : He is identical to his brother Analogue except that his mask is made of a blue, transparent material that looks like its liquid all the time.

Personality: Distant and calculating. Unlike Analgoue, whom he can order around, Digital prefers tatics to brute force.

Background: He was the one that convinsed Analogue to rebel and to do as the pleased. After their modifications, Digital desided to go and pursue two things he liked: a rear breed of blue butterfly that he'd read about and computers. Sinse then, he's more like a virus more than anything, latching onto hardware and seizing it, adding to himself.

They allied themselves with Kyrios and have been loyal Generals to him ever since.

Other: The manipulation of electromic machinery and its software remotely through almost any means of conection.
