What's up?

Okay, so I was thinking that we possible start out with two humans, possibly dating or married. Then one of them gets turned. He/she tries to continue their everyday life, but the need to feed eventually overwhelms them, and they attack their partner. Whether they succeed in turning, killing, or sparing that person would be decided as we went. And then we could continue from there?
I'm not sure what time period to put it in, though. I was also wondering if you would want to play the one that got turned or the normal one, and if you would play a boy or a girl. Let me know what you think.

16th century works for me, although I'm slightly intrigued as to what kind of problems a vamp would face in today's world.

Let's say that your character has been stalked by a vampire for quite some time, and it's been messing with his head, and the partner notices... and maybe the role play can start off with him being turned?
Just to speed things up, perhaps?
