I know this has been done before but I want to try it out here.

A secret lab that is funded by a unknown group is experimenting putting human and animal DNA together in one being. They call it Chimera after a Greek monster that is made up of different animals. At first they used adults but every last one of them died. But it seems that children that made it through it live with some side effects. Like they can change fully and/ or partiality into what animal DNA was given. Nearly all the children shows signs of their animal DNA in human form. Some are more noticeble than others. Most of the children was made in the lab and others were kidnaped from from their homes at a young age to keep he experiment going.
