Kai had been traveling for what seemed like days. He had heard from in the local bar that an old friend was in the area, and that he might be looking for him. Walking along the path to the river Kai wondered how it would turn out, seeing as how he had took up and left a few years ago on a whim, just as he is returning now. He knew this friend had more than a few reasons to dislike him for leaving, especially during such a time that he chose to, but also knew it couldn't be helped with what had happened.

Reaching the river came sooner than he expected, Kai judged the flow and direction to make sure he was in the right area before jumping in. Flowing down the river, Kai stretched out and put his hands behind his head to enjoy the ride back to his little hideout. From what he could recall of the place he had quite a stash hidden away, plenty of strong and creative brews lining the shelves of his little cave. For the next few hours, Kai dreamed of his cozy little storehouse and all the wonders that he could think he forgot in such a place.

After a few hours, Kai woke slowly to a slight roaring in his ears. Spinning onto his frontside to see what it was, Kai had just enough time to comprehend his fate before flying straight off the waterfall and down into the small lake below that fed itself back into the river.

Alan had been tagging Kai from the moment he left the bar. Obviously with his powers it was rather easy to stick to the shadows. Crowds had always been much more challenging.
He recapped on himself as he followed Kai, at how strange this would look to anyone able to watch them. The strongly build and impressively tall Alan, skulking in the shadows, following someone who most would assume was just another drunk.

Alan of course, knowing Kai as well as he did wasn't surprised when the man slipped into the stream and seemingly went to sleep. While continuing to follow him, Alan weighed up throwing his sword at him. It was very likely he could move fast enough that the sword would either be through him or have split him in half before he had even noticed.

But just as his fingers found the hilt of the sword on his back he heard the roar of the waterfall. In one movement he let go of the sword and dropped from the tree he was standing in. Utterly silent he followed Kai until he was standing at the ledge of the waterfall and Kai was flying over the edge.

"Asino Culo" Alan mumbled in Italian.
(Dumb ass.)
He stayed like this for a second pretending to search the ground while actually searching for Kai's presence behind him. It would be exactly his old friends style to kick this immortal off a cliff, and if he did, he had a surprise coming to him.

Plunging face first into the river, Kai felt refreshed by his unintentional dive. He had been traveling for days prior to visiting the bar, and his feet were weary from the road, but he now felt as if he had been resting for a week in a comfortable hammock overlooking this very spot. Swimming to the shoreline, Kai climbed onto the shore. Knowing his friend would show up in a rather timely fashion as usual, Kai went to collect wood for a campfire and set a few water orbs aside to brew slowly so that the flavor produced would be of the best flavor to share.

After setting up a small fire to dry his cloths for the possibility of anyone attacking him. Kai would sit back and close his eyes, feeling around him with the moisture in the air so as to help prevent any ambushes, Kai knew his friend was close by. Knowing it was impolite to call someone out who was sneaking around, Kai began brewing a small orb of wine that he knew his friend loved. Lying on his back afterward Kai would pretend to fall asleep while keeping his orbs of various drinks floating safely away from the fire, but not too far out of reach.

Alan waited for over a minute before he sensed that Kai was doing something completely different then he had expected. "Merda!" he swore before letting the shadows under his shirt fade. In preparation for being kicked off the edge he had created two shadow wings for a showy entrance. Now he just let himself tilt off the edge until he too was falling.

Were Kai went into the water Alan aimed at the shade provided by a large tree. Or more importantly the shadow of the tree. Basically as he hit the ground he appeared in the shadow provided by Kai's being. Instantly Alan would aim a kick at Kai's rump "Get up you lazy drunkard!" he would shout as he kicked. All the while with his trademark smile on his face.

As soon as the kick either landed or missed he would fall backwards landing with his arms behind his head. "Long time no see."

Intentionally, and comically, flipping over from the kick, Kai sat up into a laid back posture and said "An' Top o' the Mornin to ye too mate." with a smile on his face. He knew that Alan was up to something calling him here, but was just as content with relaxing with a friend before the inevitable shift from peace to conflict he was so used to in his life of traveling. Offering Alan the orb of wine, Kai moved a different orb of brew over to him which he sipped.

Despite if Alan took the wine or not, Kai would sit back and ask "So, what brings ye ta be lookin fer me? All I can think of is another drink on me, or some loose ends with this place. Tha details escape me, for its been many a day since I've traveled back ta these waters. But ah will say, its better to finish the boat yer workin on, than to make another for the wreckage."

Knowing that he could be attacked from any time from his traveling experience, Kai would prepare himself to jump back and dodge whatever came his way. His left foot planted in the ground firmly with his left arm resting on it, his right arm on the ground to help propel himself up in the case anything catching him unawares. He had a feeling nothing was in the forest behind him, nor did he sense anything coming from the water, but he had been wrong before, and last time it cost him a bottle of rare wine he had planned on bringing as a gift.

Alan reached up to touch the wine, as he did frost tinged the air. The sphere turned icy cold instantly. Alan and his sister Bella were strange like that. While most preferred red wine warm, with a hint of spice. They liked a heavy spiced drink, chilled to the point most people like beers.

"Well you do know exactly how I like my wine. That and I guess there are some loose ends, you disappeared rather suddenly. I think we had just finished the Tavern at the time. Have you been to see it since?"

With that he took a long draught of the wine. For him the smoothness of the chilled drink was what made it special.

Alan laughed as he noticed Kai's position. He had always been slightly on guard around Alan, I guess that comes from meeting by trying to kill each other.

"well, now that ye mention it. I met a young'un out there when i stopped in for a while. Tough little kid that, damn near killed me once or twice. Have to give it to the kid though, he had a good idea of trying to take me down. I hope the wall is fixed next time he goes though, and that his arm heals right."

Popping the orb in his mouth, Kai swilled it around a bit before swallowing. Hearing Alan laugh, Kai cocked an eyebrow. "Whats so funny?" Kai knew that his habits always left him a bit on edge, so he wasn't really expecting anybody to laugh whenever he was outside a pub. Thinking on this reminded him of a few incidents where his nature constantly landed him in traps. Reminding himself that he was among a friend and no one else, Kai would relax himself a bit and calm his mind by pulling another orb over to himself to enjoy slowly.

"Madric I'm guessing, that kid sure is tough. Gave me a run for my money one time. Fortuantly I managed to short out his powers by manipulation of shadows. Kid tried to stop them and overloaded. Didn't think that controlling the momentum of a shadow would be the same as controlling the momentum of light. Of course that took more energy then he had. It was all I could do to stop him burning up."

Alan then drained the rest of the wine. Standing up he disappeared for a second. Then coming back with a trail of silver in his wake, a large deer held with ease in one hand. He proceeded to prepare the animal and set it to roast over the fire.

"So, I'm guessing you know why we are here right?"

He actually would bet that Kai had no idea. Training of course, Alan had learnt a lot over the time Kai had been gone, and he would bet his bottom dollar so had Kai. They both had people to protect. Kai his family who could make use of becoming more powerful. Alan, as a half-breed only had his sister as family. Bella and two godlike beings anyway. But they had this family they had slowly adopted, prepared, made more powerful. So that they can protect themselves.

"Well whoever he is, he gets a bit more smarts and he'll be a lot harder to stop. His pride really shows when you give his world a shock. Nice job yerself on beating him though."

Hardly noticing that Alan had brought some food for himself, Kai drained his second orb and kicked off the ground. Doing a backflip off the ground and landing on his feet, Kai would bend over backwards until his knees bent at a 90 degree angle with his head resting on a tree. "All ah can guess is ye want ta go another round wit me" Kai said smiling. He had been practicing quite a bit with new techniques, but mostly had been traveling and experiencing new things.

Bouncing off the tree by lightly headbutting it at the right angle, Kai stood up and said "but while we do this, why not catch up with whats been goin on while we been gone?" Getting into a basic position with one toe pointed downward in front of him and his hands at the ready, Kai looked straight as Alan and jokingly said. "Am pretty sure we could use a good story with our warmup eh?"

"You nearly seem surprised, I'm actually a lot smarted then I look you know?"

He tears off a strip of meat from the dear, as he pulls it off he cooks it in his hands before placing it his mouth and chewing slowly. "This should be good by the time we finish."

"You first, I haven't traveled nearly as far lately. Anyway, I've been talking enough already."

With that Alan reaches over his back and grabs the diamond sword. Lazily and in one hand he holds the sword before flicking his wrist and sending it into a nearby tree. Then he took his twin katana out of their sheaths and did the same.

Alan stretched lazily backwards before dashing forward. Throwing himself off balance and pivoting on his hand he aimed his feet at Kai's head before throwing himself skyward and twisting to face up. There he stood not falling. "I've been trying to perfect this for millennia."

Laughing he slowly lowers himself back to the ground, "I'm not exactly up to running around like that, but it is good for confusing an attack."

Laughing at this, Kai responded "I guess i still have stuff ta learn. An ta think I didn't remember this from meself earlier." Looking at the food that Alan was eating, Kai decided against trying some. Drink was all he really needed to stay healthy.

"Alright then, Time for a story then. Dunno where ta start, been so many places. Guess I may as well start at the coldlands. Ah think I heard others call tha place 'Siberia' or something. In fact I learned this little move there" Kai said smiling, moving his right arm so the elbow was next to his ear.

Pushing off his back leg, Kai tried to execute a forward roll. Instead catching Alan's foot with his forearm, snapping it in two. Moving his broken arm with surprising strength and dexterity backed by the inner surge of water, Kai would wrap around Alan's ankle and grab his own shoulder. Sweeping his right leg around his left to keep with the momentum of the kick, Kai would use both his and Alan's body weight to swing Alan around to Kai's left. At the midway of this swing, Kai would let go of his shoulder and allow Alan to go flying into a nearby tree.

Afterward, regardless of if it worked or not, Kai would smile painfully and say "first time ah ever tried that variation, but ah guess that went about as expected for me." before calling another orb toward him to heal the broken arm.

Alan lets himself be thrown around like a rag doll. After all Kai had barely moved when Alan was showing his own new technique.

As he was sent flying he quickly swung around so that he landed on the tree with his feet rather than his head. As he did this there was a loud snap and the top half of the tree, separated from the bottom at the point of impact with Alan's feet, went flying into the forest.

For a moment Alan stood there, laying on thin air, before casually straightening himself up and walking over to Kai.

"Yeah Siberia, that sounds about right. I think I've been there once or twice... But that would of been in the early middle ages. I'm sure there is a hell of a lot more there now. Well a while ago, my sister and I. Well we went exploring the mountains around China. At one point we happened upon a small group of monks. Somehow one of them was able to sense who we were. Next thing we know he is using his magical potential as a weapon to try and attack us. Then all his buddies join in." Alan scratches his head "Actually hurt. Who would of thought the tricky little human could use his magical potential, you know, 'spiritual pressure' as a weapon. After a while we managed to explain we are also part angel to these guys and they taught us how they did it. Mind you I didn't really get it as much as Bella did."

He lifts his left hand and points it at a nearby tree, a wave of pressure dissipates into the air as he closes his eyes. A second later he closes his hand, the pressure intensifies and the tree splinters. "Obviously we could make greater use of this than they could."
He smiles before shaking his hand as if to get rid of pins and needles.

"Once Bella destroyed a mountain like that because she was angry. Oh and the guy who was on top of it. He was of course the one to piss her off. Yeah, nothing I could do to help him."

Watching the display with interest, Kai turned the orb into a bracelet with small spikes on the inside. Putting this around his broken arm, the spikes began to spin and pierced his arm. From the open wound the alcoholic ring became absorbed into Kai's body and closed the wound behind it. Flexing his hand to make sure he had healed up right just as he saw the finisher, Kai quickly realized he knew of a similar trick. Making a quick decision to save it for later, Kai decided to keep on the subject of his skills learned in Siberia.

"Well, ah can say I hardly remember yer sister, but ah STILL don't want ta piss her off." Kai began while making sure his arm was fine. "But ah still haven't shown ye anythin ah learned in Siberia, so may as well get on that."

Putting his left foot down in front of him and taking up a solid stance, Kai put his right hand in a fist next to his heart and put his left hand in a fist so it would be in line with his front knee. "Ya gotta watch out fer people who can use energy lad. Ah trained with me family a month or two a'fore I left fer here, they could tell ya a damn history o' tha works. Hell, recently learned that me dad was apart o' the original energy worker village."

While he spoke he clenched and unclenched his fists, seeming to use the tension as a sort of pump. Slowly speeding up, Kai began bobbing from one side to the next as the speed increased. "Everyone has their own methods and terminology, but for every technique invented it has been done in a slightly different manor elsewhere. The fun comes in with how you can tweak the variations."

Eventually reaching a speed where he looked as if he would be able to pass for having a seizure, Kai would shout "Like me Bot'le Opener!" before tilting forward. In this simple move, Kai would move his left hand as if to shield himself while moving into a sprinting motion. From here his right hand would be pulled back to bring his full force forward. After getting the basic form down, Kai would dissipate only a few small holes out of his body for the water to spray out, rocketing him toward Alan. Making sure to have all holes but two in his legs to keep the speed and direction balances while keeping his forward momentum, Kai opened two more holes on his arms. One on his right elbow, the other on his right hand's knuckles.

Using the collected water pressure to enable his self named "Bottle Opener" to hit Alan with full force able to punch through solid diamond, Kai was sure he would be able to dodge enough to keep him alive. He had used this move only once before to break out of an underground prison in Siberia that was laced with natural gems to tank out any hit, but he was sure Alan would be able to take it. If not all he had to do was heal him up, assuming he was still in enough pieces.

Alan let out a hearty laugh when he was reminded that Kai hardly knew his twin sister.
"You lucky basted, your not missing out on much I assure you. That sister of mine scares the living crap out me!"

After laughing for a moment more he calmed himself down and listen to Kai, something was familiar about what he was talking about.
"Wait a second. You wouldn't by any chance be related to those two running their own private sub hells would you? My sister and I have been sent down there a few times to sort out some grievances."

Alan subconsciously rubs a spot on his arm, which of course due to his healing and regeneration no longer existed.

Looking up just in time to watch Kai launch his attack Alan once again smiled "Two thousand years ago, dwarves taught me a technique they used to raise the strength of their skin. They needed it for mining and also forging. But I found a way to use for not only for functionality, but also for a bit of dramatic flair."

The skin of his right arm and hand glow lightly before fading. He sticks his left hand in his pocket and turns towards Kai, right arm outstretched ready to catch him. A second before impact he realised he had underestimated the power of Kai's attack and activates his Glyph.

Two sends later a silver blur is flying through the trees. Hitting and breaking each and every one around him. His hand still outstretched from where he caught Kai's attack, and then lost his footing. Once the momentum from Kai's attack fades Alan stretched "I admit, you tricked me with that one. I underestimated the power of it."

Cracking up laughing he leans on a nearby tree to support himself. Which breaks and falls on top of him, which only makes him laugh harder.

Connecting with his attack, Kai spun around a few times in the air and landed hard on his back. Exhausted from his attack, Kai looked at the spray of mist the attack tended to leave behind. For a few minutes Kai just laid there, catching his breath and recovering. Hearing Alan speak Kai smiled to himself, It was good to know he could take a good hit.

Laughing along with Alan, Kai tiredly began "It's been a long time since ah used that, an am still not used ta it."

Summoning up his strength, Kai redirected a small bit of the stream to himself. He knew he lost a lot of water doing that attack, but was thankful for the nearby river. Soaking up the water, Kai decided to make the mist a bit thicker. Working on breaking apart the water as well as revitalizing himself, Kai cloaked the area in a decently thick mist to prepare for the worst. Working a few special touches into some of the water droplets, Kai slowly got up, making sure that the mist was light enough for Alan to see if he looked.

Shaking from the effort of getting up, Kai fell down and rolled over. Realizing it would be too much effort to stand until he got more liquid back, Kai settled for propping himself up on his arm. Lounging back, Kai looked over to where Alan was. "Can ye tell me a wee bit more about tha two ye said were runnin Sub Hells? Its mah job ta be one of the rulers o' tha place, so ah gotta manage anythin like that. Hell, maybe next time ye two are in tha area we can have a nice relaxing time at me pub."

Looking at Alan, Kai smiled a surprisingly sober smile. "But ah dun want this ta turn out ta be all drinks an stories, Its yer turn. So like mah lit'le brother would be sayin: 'Come at me bro!' "

Still bent over laughing Alan begins to throw bits of tree off himself. "Well it's certainly powerful, I nearly lost my dam arm after all!" With this he goes back into another fit of laughing.

Sensing his friend was rather weak from the attack, he lent a bit of his own energy to the movement of the water to Kai.

"Well I would tell you about the Sub Hells, but, well. I don't really know anything. Whenever I go down there it is so my sister can do the talking. I just keep the wilder demons from pissing her off, y'know, so she doesn't blow them into a thousand and one pieces."

He paused for a second allowing Kai to talk "Well if you insist. I'll start at a regular human level."
Without a second warning Alan darted forward, it looked rather slow compared to normal. Extremely slow. He kicked with his right leg at Kai's chest, but he pulled the blow to gain momentum and spun around attempting to deliver a elbow to his face.

Not a usual tactic, but he had to play smarter when only working at such a low level.

Kai felt the shift in the water like a punch to the gut. Quickly regaining his composure, Kai looked head on at Alan charging toward him. Smiling to himself, Kai thought of his options.

His body was low on water, the bones in his right arm were shattered from the attack, he couldn't stand, and was connected to the river; all according to plan. He knew Alan would try to take it easy on him if he looked half dead, let alone if he actually WAS half dead. Seeing Alan run at him, Kai took a few moments to realize just how close to death he shot himself with that attack, especially in a situation such as this. Looking right into Alan's eyes with a look of joy, Kai shouted toward him.

"Ya look like a wee lass skippin across a field o' flowers!"

Having taunted him, he knew Alan wouldn't resist trying to hit him as hard as possible. Seeing his foot fall toward him to deliver a painful stomp, Kai's surprise only made him smile harder as Alan's elbow smashed into his jaw. Deciding that just then was the best moment, Kai exploded in a golden mist, hoping to get Alan drunk. Reforming from the river using his watery lifeline, Kai worked on increasing the concentration of mist around Alan to make it easier for him to get him drunk. He couldn't remember for the life of him if he'd ever seen Alan drunk, but had a feeling it would end with a good time.

Apparently having misjudged Alan slightly, the hit landed with more force than it would have otherwise, but this was also mainly because Alan was laughing to hard to control himself fully.
"Ay, but you know I love flowers, and skippin!" He said with a mock accent. In the process he swallowed a fair amount of the alcohol.

Alan stumbled back and slumped against a tree, dazed looking.

If Kai got to close, he would hear laughter behind him, and the Alan slumped against the tree would dissolve into shadow.

"Have you ever seen me drunk before? No? Well here's the reason. My body is made to burn whatever is available to it in order to gain energy. I could drink a bottle of poison and I'd probably only get a headache. But as for alcohol, well my sister and myself, our blood burns it as it goes. So yeah, no getting drunk... Actually rather annoying."

Alan smiled, the poison thing wasn't exactly right. A strong one would kill his body, but after being killed by the same poison a few times he would eventually become immune to it.

Out of nowhere Alan sent a punch towards Kai's face, and than followed that up with a kick towards his ribs. "When we finish here we should go have a drinking contest ay?" He laughed before swinging another three lightning fast punches.

"Well then yer like me ina way! Strong tolerance ta tha drink." Kai smiled from his position by the water. Increasing the alcohol content of the moisture in the air itself, Kai focused all his attention. "Alcohol's a poison ya know, always take jus anuf ta get ye feelin right."

Kai smiled as he looked down, focusing intently on the content in the air. He knew if he had direct contact he could force Alan to be drunk, 75% blood alcohol content was usually the equivalent of about 5% to a normal human. Using this as his main calculation, Kai tried figuring the right quantity to fix once he had the chance, for he knew 100% would kill him. He had no time to prepare himself for the blows to his body, and took them with full force. Feeling more than hearing the foot break his ribs, Kai felt a strange tingling in his head as he heard Alan talk about the drinking contest.

Half of his face changed form entirely, his beard split from the middle, and his hair disappeared. A black ring encircled the eye of this side of his face, the eye's color turning from blue to a dark purple. Without skipping a beat, this newly changed side of his face twisted into a crazed grin. Jumping back with his arms forward, Kai stood on top of the water as if it were made of glass.

A voice that was not quite Kai's erupted "I see what you did there! Kyehahahahaha!"

In mid laugh, the arm opposite the morphed side of Kai's head punched toward his face. Once the punch connected he turned back to normal, screaming "NO! BAD DAVAK! BAD!" while shaking a finger at his face.

Alan watched mutely as Davak appeared and then Kai started hitting himself "Do you often have visitors like that?" He asked, slightly worried about his friends sanity, and that was saying something.

Well now, it's about time we had some fun I would think. With that he jumped in the, his fist gripped around some invisible weapon or force. He swung it around, over Kai's head and uprooted all the trees in a 20 meter radius of Alan.

Now Alan landed, smiled at Kai and clicked his fingers. Between the said fingers a green and brown light formed. As it glowed the trees lifted from the ground and created a wall around the circumference.

"Now we can have some fun"

Satisfied that his brother understood, Kai turned to Alan. "Not often, but it seems like mah brothers noticed mah absence."

With a smile on his face at the new playing field, Kai got into his ready position. He was looking forward to this. "Ah hope so, seems like forever since ah had a chance ta-"

Shaav had been flying around for too long. The winds were becoming unstable in the area, he was lucky to have found his brother when he did. Due to the winds however, he landed full force into him, slamming him into the wall.

Bending down, Shaav checked his brothers vitals. Unconscious, but not dead, good. Bringing him over to the wall, Shaav lay Kai down against the wall and turned to the man before him. Putting on his best act that shown a bit too obvious he was acting, Shaav started "Yo there! I see you been beatin up my big bro a bit here. I hope i don't disappoint you by saying this but . . ."

At this moment his infectious smile turned to the cold pitted stare of a trained assassin. "I'm here to end you." His words were as piercing as frigid winds.

Sliding a dagger from a hidden holster from his back, Shaav adopted a low crouched pose with his left hand in front of his face and his dagger ready. His piercing eyes trained on his target with a cold, murderous intent.

"Seems like forever longer?" Was Alan's only reply as Kai got knocked out by another. Another who he soon found out was yet another of Kai's siblings. "Seriously? How many of you lot are there?" He spoke right over the new arrive not exactly listening to him.

As his new opponents eyes turned cold Alan's glinted with laughter. "You seriously have no idea who I am do you? Well you can try your best but I highly doubt it." He shrugged still laughing.

"Don't take any offence if I don't use a weapon, I just want to give you some chance of injuring me, you know, since your trying to kill me and all."

He laughs like a maniac before flinging himself towards his new opponent at high speed. A small sonic boom echoing behind him. His leg shot out to the side, aiming at the mans ribs, leaving both his hands open to try and grab his arms if he tried to use that dagger.

Seeing the man run at him at a reasonable speed, Shaav's eyes opened wide so as to utilize his full senses. It was a pointless ritual he knew, but it helped him to keep the muscles in his face taunt as he worked. He was surprised the man had the speed he did, but didn't let his surprise overwhelm him. Instead he calculated the man's trajectory and his strike as soon as he saw the foot extend.

A kick to the ribs was easy to foil, as he had done this maneuver many times before. Flipping his dagger so that the blade was pointing up instead of down, Shaav crouched even lower as he took a step forward. His ass almost touching the ground as he wrapped his left arm around Alan's knee and shoved his shoulder into his ankle.

Lifting himself up to throw Alan off balance, Shaav would shove the knife into the arteries near the groin, taking care to stab multiple times and to aim more for the leg than the genitalia. He knew if he aimed there he would be able to stun Alan, but thought better of it, knowing a quick kill is better than a stunned opponent. After stabbing a few times, Shaav would release Alan's leg and jump up to flip him before retreating to safety to watch his kill bleed to death and make sure he wouldn't hurt his brother.

Alan smiled as his leg was caught "You seem to assume that my biggest strength is in my speed. Word of advice, don't do that unless you have proof." even though Alan's biggest strength was his speed, he was sure the man didn't know about his supernatural strength.

"Oh, and another thing you shouldn't guess that I'm moving full speed!" Alan's body started to glow silver as his right hand shot forward, breaking this sound barrier yet again. But this time the resulting sonic boom was huge. The hand grabbed the mans wrist, stopping the blade a millimetre away from his skin and holding his wrist with enough strength to disable it while in his grip.

Locked into this position Alan swung his foot, the one held by his opponent. He swung it up over his own head, his extreme strength breaking the inertia with ease. As his foot lifted, he kicked off with his other foot, basically doing a backflip. His hand still tightly locked around his opponents wrist. If Shaav were to let go of his foot, he would use his grip on the mans wrist to swing around on top of him, and to land him face first into the ground.

Shaav stared at his hand in the vice grip of his target. He saw the hand fly almost in slow motion, but still much too fast for him to be able to react with the movement he has already attempted. Knowing he was at the full mercy of his opponent, Shaav relaxed his body to prepare to take a hit. It seemed like his opponent had said something, but he only caught the end of it. Shaav had enough time to realize he had subconsciously filtered unnecessary information as he had done often with his assassination missions aboveground. It was a simple trick he had learned by merely redirecting his focus and keeping it, but had often got him inaccurate information, as he only heard parts of what was said to assure he would remain undetected.

Cursing to himself as he allowed himself to be launched by the simple backflip kick from his opponent without resistance, Shaav twisted in the air. Not quite expecting the man to slam him, Shaav slipped on the ground due to his speed and slid underneath the man, grabbing his wrist so as to throw off his attempt at grabbing him.

Hoping that this would encourage the man to let go of him, Shaav would motion a gust of air beneath him while he is sliding to give him slight lift. Using his extremely light weight and the force of the wind he controls, Shaav hoped the man would let go so he could get a decent flight. If not he knew he only had to fly through a few trees to knock him off.
