Settings:

Everything takes place in the fantasy world of Tarin. A land filled with wondrous creatures and miracles. A place where everything is possible. Creatures both with and without wings can be seen flying with grace and ease. Others can swim to the deepest parts of the ocean, without needing a breath of air or worry of being crushed by the pressure. Even the powerful breath of the fire can be subdued and rendered harmless with ease. It is truly place full of wonders and mystery, but the most miraculous thing was the Waters of Life.

The Waters of Life... A magical waterfall that falls from a crack in a mountain, called Isthanath, that no force could crush or destroy. The water from that mountain is even more wondrous. Even one drop of water could heal even the most severe wounds or illnesses, but this was nothing compared to the true power hidden behind it. People who spent more than a hundred years sacrificed everything dear to them to try and learn the secrets of the Waters. They found that every year a person who drinks the Waters had their life extended by ten years up to a total of two hundred and ninety years. Is a person drank from the Waters again, before a year has passed, only his wounds would be healed and his strength would be restored. There was a problem however. Around the mountain was a forest, which fed from the Waters. For a strange reason, outside the forest, the Waters only had the unique ability of quenching a creature's thirst. Because of this many wars erupted for the control of such a powerful resource.

Getting tired of the constant wars, a sacred order was made to protect the waterfall. The order used the properties of the Water to train one of the strongest fighters in the world. They were called the Issari, the Water Guardians, their sacred duty - to make sure that the waters were controlled by no one. One lone Issari fighter could defeat a hundred soldiers. The Issari did not care who used the Waters, be it the most vile of person or a saint. The druids among them used their tree manipulating powers to shape the forest to make one of the most beautiful city in the lands, a city that lived on the Waters. Even something as simple as a bench was part of a larger living tree, feeding from the Waters. That city was then named Arosath. The Issari made sure that no one tried to block in any way the path to Arosath. Patrols travelled upon every road and spies watched the countries.

One day however, during a Solar Eclipse, many people died drinking from the Waters, except for one. His physique and endurance helped him to survive the painful transformation that happened to his body. His strength, speed and endurance were enhanced tenfold. His wisdom and intelligence could best even the oldest and wisest person. He could easily defeat a small army of Issari warriors. The most strange thing was that he became ageless and it looked like his element became a part of him. It did not look like needed to call upon a Spirit in order to manipulate his element and he could easily do things that were almost impossible for even the best of elemental masters could. The warrior then devoted his whole life to the Issari.

He became the first of the Issari Elites. Upon every full solar eclipse new fighters would be chosen to become a part of that elite order. Most of them chose to spend their lives to bringing hope to others and fight the unjust, the rest stayed to protect and teach the Issari Initiates, but even they started walking the vast lands of Tarin after a few centuries.

The Elite Issari that travelled the land died after a long time, some in battle, other in strange incidents. Strangely though when the new Elites were chosen, the number picked was always the number of the dead members between two solar eclipses. The maximum number of Elite Issari warriors never exceeded one hundred and seventeen. Some people believe that this was on purpose, but most of the Elites were not aware of it for a long time. After the third Eclipse ritual, the Elites stopped caring.

Magic:

Every creature is born attuned to a certain element, but no matter what he does he cannot control it. After passing his/her fourteenth birthday, the person must travel to a place where the element he is attuned to is strong. There he will be greeted by elemental Spirits. The elemental Spirits are creatures that are a part of a certain element, having control over it. They are extremely curious, but cannot leave their elemental domain. That is where the person comes in. Thanks to his attunement to the element, the Spirit could easily survive if it is close around him. This way a bond is made. The person gains some control over an element and the Spirit can leave his domain. The Spirit can channel their energies through their new "home", making it look like the person uses the magic and not be only a conduit for the Spirit's powers. Within a few years the bond if fully formed and a person can use his element to it's fullest. The Spirit on the other hand gets affected by the person's personality and somewhat changes. Because of this change the way the element can be used is changed.

Most people are born with two element attunements. There is only a somewhat small percent of people born with three elements, but there are no people with only one or more than three elements. When someone with a Spirit dies, the Spirit normally has two days of energy to find a place for him to live. The only exception is an air and earth Spirits. They can take as much time as they need, but after the second day they will be extremely weakened. The Spirits who lost their “Masters” could bond with another person again. Experienced Spirits, as they are called, are considered better than a new Spirit, because after the bond is full, their magic is more varied than the normal ones. Most Spirits after losing their masters and finding a new elemental centre to live in normally choose not to bond again. There are always some exceptions.

The Spirits may choose to fly around the person they are bonded with or remain hidden. They normally glow in the colour of their element. The inexperienced Spirits take shape only after the second year. Before that they are a flying ball made of the energies of the element they are a part of. The experienced Spirits, that made a bond with a new master, remain as they were with their previous master until the second year, when they become a combination of what they were and what they should look like if they were Inexperienced. Even if it does not look like it, the Spirits are still made of pure energy and cannot freely touch the world of matter. No matter what the Spirit is, it is always big enough to fit one's palm. No one knows if a Spirit can die in his home, but they normally die if they cannot reach a new home in time.

Some people want to be the best of the best. For them an inexperienced Spirit is useless. They found a very sadistic way to get themselves experienced ones. By sacrificing his/her own Spirit, the person can use the remains of the Spirit's life force to force a bond with another Spirit.

TThere are many varieties of Spirits upon this world:


Air Spirits – They are normally found in places where the wind is constantly strong. Their domain is the air. They can help people fly and control the air to a certain extend. Air Spirits can also temporary make their Masters move faster.

Fire Spirits – They are normally found around lava and places that are always very hot. Their domain Is the fire. They can conjure fire, that can be used for many purposes. They can also heat thing easily. They are very important for people who generally live in very cold places. The Fire Spirits can engulf anything the master touches in fire, without it being harmed in any way.

Water Spirits – They are normally found around lakes, rivers and places with a good amount of water. Their domain is the water. They can help people breathe under water and survive the pressure of the water. They can also manipulate the water around them, including the water in the air. The Water Spirits can temporary make the master be a lot more agile.

Earth Spirits – They are normally found in thick forests. Their domain is the flora and the earth. They can manipulate and shape the trees, analyse the earth and with the help of other Earth Spirits, create stone and wood structures, but it would take a week for a lone Spirit to build a simple house. They also help their masters do a limited conversation with animals. They can also shape crystals and metal, but it is normally harder and more straining for the Spirit. They can also make the skin of their masters a lot harder. The people who are attuned to the Earth are called druids.

Swamp Spirits – They are normally found in swamps. Their domain is the water and flora. Unlike their Pure elemental brethren, the Swamp Spirits can control both the plants and water, but in a more limited way. Alchemists and farmers are normally people with Swamp Spirits, for it is important for both professions to maintain and shape the plants they work on. Swamp Spirits can also make plants move around.

Ice Spirits – They are normally found where is it extremely cold. Their domain is mostly the water and some control over the air. The Ice Spirits can freeze water almost instantly. They have almost everything the Water Spirits have, but in a weaker form. They cannot protect a person from the pressure of the water, but can help him breathe under water. Their strength is freezing the water instantly. Ice Spirits can do the same thing as Fire Spirits. They can engulf something with so much cold, it is painful on touch.

Storm Spirits – One of the rarest types of Spirits or elementally attuned people. They are found where there is a lot of electricity flying around. Most of them can be found in thunderstorm clouds or moving to one. Their domain is lightning. A person who is both blessed and cursed to be attuned to the Storm, can create electricity from his body and send it somewhere. It can also be used as a very simple mind reader. When scanning a person, the Storm Spirit can determine if there is something wrong in the body and the emotions the person feels. The Storm Spirits can make a small thunderstorm around them.

Light Spirits – A very interesting breed of Spirits. They are normally found in crystal caves, where even the slightest light makes the whole cave shine. In the past they were very rare, but at one point the druids created a lot of special caves for them to live in. Each crystal cave has a crystal in the centre that can store light and illuminate the cave for months, if there is no direct sun or moonlight to recharge the stone. There two types of Light Spirits: Sunlight Spirits and Moonlight Spirits. They are basically the same, with the only exception of the light they produce and what can they do with the master's body. The Sunlight Spirits produce light that is just like the Sun's light and the Moonlight Spirits – like the Moon's reflected light. The regardless of the type, the Light Spirits can manipulate the light around them. Basically they can create illusions or hide a person. They however cannot make a person completely invisible. Most spies are attuned to the light. Sunlight Spirits can also make their masters body radiate a lot of light. The Moonlight Spirits can "eat" away the light around them, making an area around the master darker.

Dark Spirits – They are normally found in places where no sun has ever shined before, generally in the deepest parts of caves or in the thickest of forests. They are very similar to their Light brethren. Most people mistake Moonlight Spirits for Dark Spirits, but there is one drastic change. The Dark Spirits can disappear in the smallest shadow without a trace and can make a limited illusion. Unlike their Light brethren, they can make a normal adult sized illusion, but it will be a bit blurry. Most Dark users make illusions of either children or women. People who are dark attuned are either assassins or thieves. Both professions require for them to hide in the shadow and then when they strike to disappear again. People might think that a Light attuned person is good for assassins and thieves, but the Light Spirit can only help for a person to blend with his surrounding. A Dark Spirit can completely hide a person if there are enough shadows around. The dark Spirits can also make a person see well in the night.

Both Light and Dark Spirits can sense each other's illusions instantly. They can also see through the invisibility the Dark Spirit can cast upon a person. Other Spirits can also sense them, but it would take time and concentration in order to break through the illusion.

Life Spirits – One of the most mysterious types of Spirits. They are found in many places. Most generally they are found in graveyards, places with a lot of living creatures or holy places. Their domain is the manipulation of the body. They can speed the heal of a person's body, help fight poisons and illnesses and strengthen or weaken a person. If however they are used on a recently dead person, the body can be reanimated to become a mindless servant of the one who brought them back to life. The person will have no mind on it's own. The only think it can do without being ordered it to keep himself alive, like eating, drinking and etc. This is considered a vile act for people think the soul cannot rest unless the body is buried and left to rot in the ground. Most Life attuned people are healers. The few that chose to have mindless servants are called Necromancers and are considered criminals. Life Spirits can preform rapid regeneration for a short amount of time, but only on the person they are bonded to.

Strangely there are no Spirits around the Waters Of Life and no Spirit can use any kind of power or ability on the Waters. There is a well-kept secret among the Issari elites. When one drinks from the Waters during a full solar Eclipse, their Spirits become a lot more powerful. The Issari elites say that they do not need the Spirits to channel their energies, but that is a lie in order to protect their Spirits, for if an elite dies, his Spirit then would be extremely valuable. Even if the Issari elite chooses not to hide his Spirit, he must think of a way to preserve the secret. They know they are not immortal and if the secret is revealed, many people will hunt the Elites in order to take their Spirits.

The Spirits can talk, but most of them talk rarely.

Religion:

There are a lot of religions in the world.( Players can make up their religion if they like.)

Issari Order:

The Issari order is the order that makes sure that the Waters of Life are free for everyone. In the beginning it was an order of only warriors, but these days there are all kinds of people in the order. Every Initiate goes through a minimum of forty years of training by full members of the Order. Thanks to the Waters, they can become of the best people in their craft, for they spend a lot of time to train. After the training is done, they go through an exam to determine if they have learned what they need to learn. If they fail the exam, they go through another ten years of training and if they fail again, they can never become of the Issari.

Every year people from all around the world come to the city go to through a series of tests so that new recruits could be chosen. The tests are there to see if the person is fit for the order. Even if he is one of the weakest people in the world, if he shows in the tests that he will follow the code of the Issari and is skilled in a certain craft, then he can easily join and choose in which area to specialize. The Issari carefully checks when there will be a full solar eclipse. They found a way to predict it two years before it happens. When they predict one, they send word all around the world for the best of the best to gather. Also they send word to the Elites to come help with the choosing. Then those people, along with those of the Issari order that wish to try, compete in what the Issari call The Holy Games. Many people gather to watch the Holy Games.

The people first goes through the exam to see in they are worthy of the Issari order. This normally eliminates more than half of the people. Then five of the elites must test each person's willpower. For everyone it is different, hand picked by his examiners. Then those who pass the test, now called Elite Initiates, must go through a special maze that is altered for every Elite Initiate. The maze is filled with special clues that only the ones that are intelligent enough could pass. The ones that pass this exam, must then demonstrate how well they can control their Spirits in combat against an elite. The other elites watch the fights and then together they choose the ones with the best control. Every time it is a different number. Those that are chosen after that are trained by the elites, until the Eclipse comes. Then, after a long and boring ritual, they drink from the waterfall and become Issari Elite.

The Issari Code is simple. One must show he is willing to fight for what he believes and that he will fight for the people. The Issari want only the Waters of Life to be free for all. If a person shows he can do that, he can become a part of the order, even if he is the most notorious and dangerous criminal.

Issari Divisions:

In the beginning all divisions were military, but with the increasing power of the city, the Issari had to evolve in order to perfectly protect and serve the city and the people the world. Because of that, the current divisions were formed into one military division and new ones were added. Each division has many inner titles they use, but there are only a few main ranks that grant special privileges.

Military Divisions:

Security Division: This division is basically the police of Arosath. They stop fights, solve crimes and make sure everyone in the city is protected. They are also the lowest of the Divisions, and yet most important.
There are five main ranks in the Security Division:
Protector- The beginning rank. They patrol the streets of the cirty in small groups and make sure there are no crimes. They are also sent to patrol the roads leading to the city.
Knight - Each knight leads a patrol of Protectors on the street. They must make sure each Protector under their command is fit for duty and solve disputes among people.
Captain - They lead a subdivision of Knights and protectors and must organise patrols and pass the different crimes to other divisions. They also, along with a Knight and five Protectors guard the local jails.
Law Bringer - They act as judges to most crimes. They are also members of the Elder Division.
Master - The commander of the Security Division. They must keep every subdivision well equipped, solve internal problems and represent his division in the Council.

Special Forces Division: - The Special forces solve delicate situations that the Security Division cannot handle. They are spies, assassins and diplomats.
Spy - They infiltrate cities and countries, gathering information about them, watching for any kind of act against Arosath and the Issari. The moment they find evidence, they send the information to the city so that the best countermeasure can me used to stop the act.
Assassin - If the problem the Spy found cannot be resolved in a peaceful manner, an Assassin is sent to quickly dispose of the problem.
Peace Seekers - The Peace Seekers normally handle most problems using diplomacy, blackmailing and every other manner they deem necessary.
The above three ranks are equal.
Solution Finder - The Solution Finders look at the information gathered by the Spies and think of the best way to use it. They are also responsible for sending either Assassins or Peace Seekers.
Last Resort - The Last Resort are members that are used in the most delicate and dangerous situations, where nothing else helps. They are one of the best assassins and diplomats and always find a way to remove the problem.
Dark Shadow The Dark Shadow is the leader of the Special Forces, choosing the best candidate for each assignment and overseeing the construction and security of the safe heavens the members of his division uses in their missions. He also represents the Special Forces in the council.

Army Division: This division is the main Military Division. Each member of the other military divisions is a part of the army. The army is summoned only when the city needs to be defended.
Fighter The basic fighter of the army. Each member start as Fighter.
Lieutenant A commander leads a platoon of fighters.
Commander Leads a squadron of Fighters and must find the best way to protect his squad if under attack and there is no order from his superiors.
General - There are four generals in the Issari army. The army is divided by four and each General controls one fourth of the army.
Tactician - The tacticians work with the generals to find the best strategy against the enemy. A tactician rarely fights in the war itself, but oversees the battle and advises alterations in the strategy to the generals.

Building Divisions:
There are many divisions here, ranging from bakers to weapon smiths. They have no real structure in them. One is either a member of the division or he isn't. Each division chooses a member to represent them in the council.

Elder Division:
They are the thinkers and leaders of the Issari. They have no real structure, being made from members of the other Divisions. Most elders are advisers and judges. The leader of each division is an Elder and they form the Council. Each session is led by a new member of the Council, chosen randomly in the beginning. They have the ultimate power in the Issari order, with the exception of the Issari Elites.

An Issari Elite are considered the wisest and most influential group in the Order. They are separate from the other divisions, but they have control over them.


Plot:

The time for the Elites to be chosen has come and you, my dear player, were chosen to become an Issari Elite and have passed all the exams. Five days are remaining until the Eclipse comes and you wait with anticipation. You are of the few with three element attunements. Unknown to the Issari Order, dark forces work to take the city. They wait for the choosing to pass and the Elites to depart again before they make their move.

I want you to colour the four sheets you are to give me in the colour your character will talk. Just finish the color= . The sheet of the spirits should also be the same colour as the char sheet. Thank you in advance. Oh and please do not copy the colour of another character. With the colouring it will be easier to go through the different sheets. Thank you in advance.

All races are allowed. The world is vast and wondrous. If you want to be a demon, so be it, if you want to be a three legged bug, I would wonder of your mental status, but I will have nothing against it.

I would prefer for you to write the appearance, but if you want to use a picture so be it.
Personality... No need to go into detail. Just describe the general way of acting and etc. No need to describe his/her way of thinking and such. Every people act differently, depending on the occasion. Just describe the most common act of the character. The rest will be revealed in the RP itself.

Member of the Issari Order – Tell us if you are a person who was of the Order before he was chosen to be an Elite or not.

Combat – A quick explanation of the combat the character uses. Weapons of choice. If the character is good in group fight, against groups of warriors, one on one. Such things. If you do not want to make your character a fighter, you can explain what can he do and how will he defend himself if attacked.

History - I am not a fan of history being part of the character sheet. I find it more fun and entertaining to show bits of it throughout the RP. This is for those that want to give a their character any kind of story, before the RP even starts.

Only the most heartless of people will not name his Spirit. It is like a dear friend for the person.
For the appearance, here I would encourage pictures.
As for specials... Type if what area is your Spirit strong and in what the Spirit is weak. I told you the different things the Spirits can do. An example:
An Earth Spirit may be good in building structures, thus shortening the time by three to five days, but because of that, the Spirit has a very hard time making even the most basic and simple crystal shaping.

Is talkative – Most Spirits does not like to talk. Here you can say if your Spirit likes to gossip and etc.

Talking Colour - put a random text with the colour the spirit will talk with.


Rules:


1. Standard RP rules Applied.

2. I have been permitted by the gods to kill all those who spam.
((I don't remember giving permission for this. The gods, aka Thepsy.))

3. Romance is allowed, but... NO CYBERING. The gods gave me the power to hunt you down and destroy you, if you do.
((I like to do my own hunting. It's in the site rules.))

4. I give you free reign over the flow of the RP, with the few exceptions. If you add something that has a nice chance of altering the flow of the RP and etc, please send me a PM or tell me in the OOC thread about it, so I can be prepared about it. I have only a small number of plot elements that must happen, no matter what I want to be prepared. Everything else is free. Oh and please don't add futuristic stuff. This is a fantasy RP.

5. Don't god mod or powerplay. (Yes... Our characters are overpowered, but they will fight against overpowered enemies. Don't expect to fight another player and win without a scratch. The whole region may be destroyed after that, but the victor would most likely need a lot of time to recover.) A few exceptions will apply for that, but it must be something that both players agree on. I reserve the right to God-mod from time to time, but I will use it only if the plot demands it and there is no other way.

6. Our characters start as people WHO HAVE PASSED the ISSARI elite exams and now just wait for the solar eclipse. This means that the character is extremely gifted and strong. All this leads to this simple rule... NO WEAK AND PATHETIC CHARACTERS! All the characters are the best of the best of the best. Just don't forget that this does not mean that there are not people that are the best of the best of the best of the best.

7. This is the most important rule. I am given permission by the aliens to torture you horribly if you do not follow this rule... The rule is:
HAVE FUN!
After all RPing is mostly about the fun you can get from it.

Race:Half-Angel, Half-Demon
Age: Around 600
Gender: Male
Appearance: Niath is a tall man, with muscular body and sharp facial features. His nose is small and straight, his mouth – thin, his chin – pointed and long. People would not say that he is beautiful, but they would say he is a mysterious man. His hair is rather strange. It is normally pure white and long, but it changes to short and black when he summons his wings. His eyes, showing the wisdom he accumulated over his long life, are like his hair. Normally they are sky blue coloured, but with the wings, they turn into dark purple, with small flames coming out of them. There are some wrinkles on his face, showing that he loves smiling. His body is covered with many scars, but his face has none.
He always wears some sort of battle clothes. Even the casual clothes he wears are made not to restrain his movements, so that he could fight to the fullest of his body. He rarely wears any kind of armour. The most defensive suit he wears only has patches of steel, covering only the most vital spots. Everything he wears is always coloured black and silver with dark red and pale blue embroideries.
Personality: He is a person who is not very talkative, but even if he rarely says anything, he smiles and laughs a lot. It is not that he is not social, but he is a person who prefers listening to talking.
Member of the Issari Order: Yes
Combat: Niath is one of the few Issari members that specialised in two disciplines. He has a cunning mind and is good with tactics, but he also is a good fighter, mainly thanks to the way he uses his spirits. Being a person of both light and dark attunement, he can trick his opponents with illusions. In pure combat skills, he is not a very good fighter, but thanks to his spirits, he can fight most of the stronger Issari members well. His flame spirit is mainly strong with engulfing Niath or his weapons with pale blue flames. He also sometimes makes walls of fire to block ranged attacks. You will never see the half-Angel use ranged attacks.
He is proficient with many weapons, but he specialises with fighting with two swords. People normally call him the Trickster, because he always uses nasty moves and attacks in order to gain the advantage. He isn't a person of honour, but a person that had to fight for his life most of the time.

History: He fought for his life for two hundred years in the Feithar, before certain events forced him to leave and search for a better life outside. A hundred more years passed, before he finally settled with the Issari, quickly proving to be a useful addition to the order.

Element: Dark
Appearance: There is a strong black aura around him, so it is hard to see the details. Arithial is more like a moving ball of darkness with a faint image of a human in the centre. Arithial can easily remove the darkness around him to show a demonic variation of Niath, with long black hair, black armour and wing-like blades around him, attached to his back. He rarely shows how he looks like behind the darkness that surrounds him.
Specials:Arithial is very good in weaving illusions as fast as possible. This however effects his ability to maintain strong illusions and they tire the Spirit rapidly. He is also good at keeping Niath invisible for a long time

Appearance:Narinatha looks like a ghost of a beautiful woman, with long black hair. She is transparent and the colours around her constantly change, along with her transparency.
Specials:Narinatha is good making a place darker, but the illusions she makes are weak. Like Arithial, she can make illusions rapidly, but they are very weak and tire her. Her real strength lies in strengthening the illusions of, making it easier and less tiring for other spirits to maintain and weave them. She normally supports Arithial's moves in her own way, either by strengthening the illusions or by making darkness for the Dark Spirit to use.

Element: Fire
Appearance: Colour looks more like this. Siritha is a Spirit that looks like she is made from mist, with the centre made from pale blue flames, with the shape of a female.
Specials:Siritha is good with engulfing things with her blue flames. The flames are extremely hot and potent, but she can easily protect Niath from them. Thanks to this, Niath is almost invulnerable against any kind of flame. Siritha is not very good with generating and manipulating the flames away from Niath. The most she can do is make a very short-lived wall of fire to block incoming ranged attacks.
Colour they talk in: A mysterious creature.

Race:
People consider the Angels and Demons like two totally separate races. The truth is that they are like the spirits; two different varieties of the same race. Originally they were the same race, but living different lives and in different places has altered them and made them look different. They are also called the “Extreme” people, for they are the opposite of each other. The Angels are the embodiment of the holy and the just. Almost every Angel will jump to help someone in need. The demons are the opposite. They are the embodiment of the vile and evil. Almost everything they do is in some sort sadistic and selfish.
Angels and Demons normally age like normal humans, until they reach their thirties, where they seem to stop ageing. A person from those two races is considered an adult only after hid seventieth birthday, when they have to prove his worth to his people.
The “Extreme” people have two general forms. The first form is their normal form. They use it to walk among people without them knowing who exactly they are. Normally they look like elves. They also have their true form. In that form their wings are shown and they look just either divine or demonic. The most general characteristics of an angel's true form is their pure white wings, tanned skin and flaming blue eyes. The demons have black bat wings, extremely pale skin and eyes of dark red colour.
Both races are just like the elves, with the exception of their true form and their longer life span. Normally angel's and demon's lifespan is around three to four thousand years, but most of them does not die of old age, for Angels and Demons fight an everlasting war that will continue until one of the fighting parties is completely decimated.
There is a third breed of “Extreme” people. When an Angel and Demon have a child, he is considered a hybrid. His normal form normally resembles that of his angelic heritage and his true form, more demonic. Their eyes have a very faint flame in them and their wings are pure black angelic wings.
With most angels and demons, their personality is easily guessed, but with a hybrid, his personality is more unpredictable than that of normal humans.
The hybrids are normally considered outcasts, living in a great desert, called Feithar, separating the Angels and Demons. The Angels try to have as little contact as possible with them, because of their tainted blood and Demons normally hunt them for fun. A life of a hybrid is rough and hard and they either learn to adapt and use everything they can to survive or they die.

When she is not in the courts, she wears dark washed jeans with dark blue shirt that looks almost black. The shirt has a woven desin around the neck. She don't like waring a dress because she cannot fight in it.
Personality: She is a sweetheart most of the time, but piss her off watch your back. She usually firt and very cheeky when she wants to be.

Combat: She can handle any weapons you give her. She was trained by the best weaponmasters that money can buy. On her person she have number of throwing knife and also have a katana on her hip.She knows how to use all her spirits in battle with ease. She have a calm mind in battle, and she deadly seriues in battle. But she have a weakness with hand to hand compat without weapons of any sort.
History: The only child of heads of the house of Nightroad. She may been born a noble but she always wanted to help her fellow beings, and that is why she join the order.Her mother never really like the idea of her only child fighting, but she let her do it. Her father was delighted that his baby girl joined.

Race: Vampires has been around since the dawn of time, but only came out many years ago. They have to drink blood from a any being that is not animal. Their are stonger and faster then most humans. They are so fast that they don't even have to use their air spirits. Most vampires can walk in sunlight but it can bug the hell out them. Noble vampires have the power to use the shadow portals, without using their dark spirits. The house of Nightroad have on more power, they can use their own blood to make a weapon that can cut thru anything. Lillith only used hers once, and it was the last resort. Vampires from others house have different powers that go to that house.

Element: Fire
Appearance: He is the shape of a small ruby that simmer and glows unearthly red. He flows near her red hair, because he likes the color.
Specials: His flame is red, which not one of hottest fires. He can do the normal fire power, but he need Aira to get his flame hotter. One of his most powerful attacks is a flame in a shape of chainsaw blade. His weakness any spirit of water or ice because they can him almost go out. He cannot make a wall of flame to shild his lady, because he mostly fights anyway.

Element: Air
Appearance: She is a ball of wind with a light blue in color. She usually above Lillith and the others.
Specials: She can make walls of wind, and can help Grell's fire hotter. When Lillith is tried from walking she can us Aria to fly. Because she don't like to be in the middle of the fight, so she barely knows how to fight. Mostly she likes being the shild for her lady.

Appearance: He a small shadow that hids in hids in her bigger shadow. Inkly black, almost without a shape.

He works in the background, so his powers don't seem a lot. But he is the oldest out of the three spirits. His weakness is any light spirit that can see thru anything he does.

Appearance: Madric has skin so dark it has that purple sheen to it. He is not tall but nether all that short. He stands at 5’9”, but what he lacks in hight he makes up for in his build as he is solid yet not overly broad. His hair is black and cut extremely short. His eyes are a grey and people tend to feel like he is looking through them. He doesn’t smile often, but when he does it is a complete contrast as his teeth are completely white and shine like pearls.

Personality: N/A (I cannot write accurate personalities in this form. You will see it when I’m roleplaying.)

Member of the Issari Order: No

Combat: As one of the Ethandon clan he has learned to use most weapons. His personal favorite fighting style is a form of karate which uses both pressure points, reactions (Seen the new Sherlock movie?) and a small assortment of typical moves. His favorite weapon is one that was made especially for him, a whip made of the worlds most flexible yet strong metals. The tip of this whip would be able to cut into a rock with enough force behind it.

History: The members of the Ethandon clan lead a sheltered life, and it is not often that one of them choose to pursue the waters gift. Madric was one of the few, from the first time he heard the stories it was all he wanted.
Of the Ethandon clan he is one of the nobles, in fact he is third in line for their ‘throne’ which he doesn’t want. His grandfather currently rules, and his father will rule after him.

Race: The Ethandon clan are basically normal humans other then two things. They are faster then normal humans and the best of them have been known to keep up with vampires without help from a spirit. Two: A special spirit can only be found around where the clan is situated, it is extremely rare for anyone not of the Ethandon clan to be attuned to this type of spirt, as even in the clan only 25% of people have any attainment to this spirit.

Element: Momentum spirit. (The one described in race.)

Appearance: It is literally only seen as a white blur.

Specials: Momentum spirits as a whole are good at controlling momentum ether in the persons body or in the outside world.
Velocitina is extremely good at controlling momentum in the body and anything the body is touching. While it does have a small ability to manage momentum which it is not touching, it is only small. (Touching can be linked like with the whip. The earth does not count… Obviously, as a link or anything.)

Appearance: Ares is a ball of red dust, sometimes the dust will clear slightly and the image of a big built man who seems ready for a fight is visible.

Specials: Ares is very good at sudden bursts of intense speed rather then maintaining it. When working with the other spirits he is able to sustain some sort of flight, which starts off fast and has the flight path one might expect of a sort of javelin. When working by himself the closest he can get to flight is like a huge long jump, like he is throwing the person. The range of this is a lot less then working with others.

Appearance: A young girl made of water. She reminds you of someone who has been harassed and likes to keep to themselves.

Specials: She seems to be extremely weak with only being able to help him breath underwater and make him a little more agile, even this she can’t keep up for long. But if someone is overly mean to her or Madric, or he is in serious trouble, she can ‘snap’ in which her powers increase greatly. When this happens he is unaffected by water pressure or the need for air until she calms down, he is also able to control massive amounts of water easily. As for his agility, he would probably be able to run up the tallest tree in the would easily. Problem is she normally calms down very fast, and when she does her powers diminish even further. It also takes a hell of a lot to make her snap unless Madric is basically about to die.

Appearance: Scosef is 5"10 but weighs only around 30kg (well, being part bird you'd have to have a lighter body or else it'd be more difficult to fly...). She has short black hair and a fringe that covers her right eye. Her eyes are gold in color, but like all Atlanteans, glazed and appear to be blind. She has long eyelashes. She has a straight, sharp nose and a small mouth with full lips. She has fair skin, but her entire body is covered in blue vein-shaped markings. There are several scars all over her body but the most prominent ones are the thin lines going around her ankles and wrists, and a large Y-shaped scar on her torso. There's a tattoo on her neck of a list of numbers (presumably her "expiry date"). She has a pair of wings, each wing 5.6 meters wide from the wingtip to the joint. The primary feathers are black while the secondary feathers are white in color.
Personality: She's generally a nice person, though at times she can be quite cruel and sadistic. She's carefree, helpful, kind and polite. Scosef always stands up for people if she thinks they're right, and always goes out of her way to make people happy. However, she enjoys deceiving people and likes watching people suffer. It's not that she does it just to watch them writhe in pain, but she does it to see how they react to the situation.
Member of the Issari Order: No
Combat: Any weapon will do, as long as it's capable of making her opponent scream in agony. A knife, sword, gun, arrow, even ninja stars or spiked brass knuckles. She can use all of them. But she prefers the ones that allow her to feel her opponent's flesh tear, bones snap, being the sadistic person she is. Namely knives or brass knuckles. Her favorites are a pair of serrated twin daggers, accompanied by spiked brass knuckles.
History: She was created in a lab in a secret place people liked to call Shadowland 13 (a warped, other-dimensional Area 51). They spliced her genes with a bird and got an avian-human. For the first 10 years of her life she lived in the lab, becoming stronger, faster and learning how to fly. She escaped with the help of several other experiments, but they split up. Many of them died because they weren't used to the different atmosphere or their immune systems were too weak. Scosef found some people who took care of her until she turned fourteen. Afterwards she wandered around the world alone, occasionally running into old friends and foes.

Name of Spirit: Xayn
Element: Earth Spirit
Appearance: a ball of soft, fresh soil hovering close to Scosef on her left side. Occasionally a part of it breaks off and if you get a chance to look inside, you can see a wooden figure of a boy.
Specials: He's good at making intricate, beautiful things out of crystals and metal, but he can't make weapons. To be honest, he can't make anything can hurt people (not even a toothpick). But his ability to make Scosef's skin harder makes up for it. He likes to manipulate the trees to form temporary shelters and also turn them into a form of transportation, but it only works for short distances because he gets tired out too quickly.

Element: Storm Spirit
Appearance: Normally a tiny little puff of cloud hanging over Scosef's head. Cyade identifies herself as a girl.
Specials: She specializes in directing and creating lightning, though most of the time she's used for medical checkups, whenever Scosef ends up getting in a fight. She's extremely weak at reading emotions, however, and her thunderstorms only last for a short while.

Element: Air Spirit
Appearance: He's not exactly visible, but if you look carefully you can see a figure of a small boy floating on Scosef's right side.

Race The Atlanteans are a small clan living on a tropical island. Despite living in one of the warmest places on Tarin, they have fair skin. The eyes of the Atlanteans look the same as a blind man's, though the Atlanteans themselves can see. These people have been living on tropical islands for thousands of years. They are believed to be related to vampires and are a hybrid of vampires and some ancient ancestor of humans. This created humans who were able to survive low-oxygen atmospheres and enable them to eat meat raw. It also expanded the human's lifespan and caused them to develop dark blue markings all over their bodies, which looked similar to veins. Spirits are small creatures. Check the Magic section to see how small they are. Also they cannot interact with the material form. This is not Soul Eater. The idea of the spirits is to be something like a permanent companion to your character, reflecting parts of your true self and not a real battle companion. They can use their abilities on their own if they want, but most let their masters choose what to do with their powers. Oh and they cannot change form and air spirits cannot turn into wings. They can let you fly, but not with wings. The rest is good though.

I wanted the spirits as someone our characters can talk to, because I have an idea, similar to yours, for things to happen in the future. I can PM you with a rough idea about the future thing if you want to build your character around that idea.

If you mean spirits talking away from their master, then yes. They can move a nice distance away from their hosts talking to each other and if you mean secretly talk to their master, there is the always favourite whispering in the ear. Smile

Appearance: Scosef is 5"10 but weighs only around 30kg (well, being part bird you'd have to have a lighter body or else it'd be more difficult to fly...). She has short black hair and a fringe that covers her right eye. Her eyes are gold in color, but like all Atlanteans, glazed and appear to be blind. She has long eyelashes. She has a straight, sharp nose and a small mouth with full lips. She has fair skin, but her entire body is covered in blue vein-shaped markings. There are several scars all over her body but the most prominent ones are the thin lines going around her ankles and wrists, and a large Y-shaped scar on her torso. There's a tattoo on her neck of a list of numbers (presumably her "expiry date"). She has a pair of wings, each wing 5.6 meters wide from the wingtip to the joint. The primary feathers are black while the secondary feathers are white in color.
Personality: She's generally a nice person, though at times she can be quite cruel and sadistic. She's carefree, helpful, kind and polite. Scosef always stands up for people if she thinks they're right, and always goes out of her way to make people happy. However, she enjoys deceiving people and likes watching people suffer. It's not that she does it just to watch them writhe in pain, but she does it to see how they react to the situation.
Member of the Issari Order: No
Combat: Any weapon will do, as long as it's capable of making her opponent scream in agony. A knife, sword, gun, arrow, even ninja stars or spiked brass knuckles. She can use all of them. But she prefers the ones that allow her to feel her opponent's flesh tear, bones snap, being the sadistic person she is. Namely knives or brass knuckles. Her favorites are a pair of serrated twin daggers, accompanied by spiked brass knuckles.
History: She was created in a lab in a secret place people liked to call Shadowland 13 (a warped, other-dimensional Area 51). They spliced her genes with a bird and got an avian-human. For the first 10 years of her life she lived in the lab, becoming stronger, faster and learning how to fly. She escaped with the help of several other experiments, but they split up. Many of them died because they weren't used to the different atmosphere or their immune systems were too weak. Scosef found some people who took care of her until she turned fourteen. Afterwards she wandered around the world alone, occasionally running into old friends and foes.

Element: Earth Spirit
Appearance: a ball of soft, fresh soil hovering close to Scosef on her left side. Occasionally a part of it breaks off and if you get a chance to look inside, you can see a wooden figure of a boy.
Specials: He's good at making intricate, beautiful things out of crystals and metal, but he can't make weapons. To be honest, he can't make anything can hurt people (not even a toothpick). But his ability to make Scosef's skin harder makes up for it. He likes to manipulate the trees to form temporary shelters and also turn them into a form of transportation, but it only works for short distances because he gets tired out too quickly.

Element: Storm Spirit
Appearance: Normally a tiny little puff of cloud hanging over Scosef's head. Cyade identifies herself as a girl.
Specials: She specializes in directing and creating lightning, though most of the time she's used for medical checkups, whenever Scosef ends up getting in a fight. She's extremely weak at reading emotions, however, and her thunderstorms only last for a short while.

Name of Spirit: Aleis
Element: Air Spirit
Appearance: He's not exactly visible, but if you look carefully you can see a figure of a small boy floating on Scosef's right side.
Specials: He mainly just helps Scosef with flying and helps her travel around a little faster, say, ten miles.
Is talkative:No
Talking Colour: Allow me, miss... Okay now pay up. <- It's black.

Race The Atlanteans are a small clan living on a tropical island. Despite living in one of the warmest places on Tarin, they have fair skin. The eyes of the Atlanteans look the same as a blind man's, though the Atlanteans themselves can see. These people have been living on tropical islands for thousands of years. They are believed to be related to vampires and are a hybrid of vampires and some ancient ancestor of humans. This created humans who were able to survive low-oxygen atmospheres and enable them to eat meat raw. It also expanded the human's lifespan and caused them to develop dark blue markings all over their bodies, which looked similar to veins. When cut, a new "vein" would grow out while the old one reconnected itself.

Damn, that's one thin chick... My mind cannot comprehend this thing. I am not sure if you meant 30 kilos.
Ignoring the impossible to my mind weight, the rest seems fine.

P.S. On second look it seems that the Earth spirit is a bit too OP. I cannot see a good weakness to balance out the strong skin hardening.

Okay! I edited the Earth Spirit's profile so it's a little more balanced out. And if Scosef ever finds out Madric's scared of thunderstorms, she might use it to her advantage. Well, I guess that makes things a little more interesting, hahaha. By the way, Sco's really skinny because of the avian genes. The heavier she is, the more difficult it'll be to fly. Oh yeah, and since birds have hollow bones, I figured maybe she'd have bones like that too, you know. It helps with the flying thing.

I am a complete idiot. I forgot to add the List of the Issari divisions and the ranks inside...

I will put them in this post, before adding them to the first post.

P.S. Oh and the file with the divisions is gone... great... Time to write everything again.


Issari Divisions:

In the beginning all divisions were military, but with the increasing power of the city, the Issari had to evolve in order to perfectly protect and serve the city and the people the world. Because of that, the current divisions were formed into one military division and new ones were added. Each division has many inner titles they use, but there are only a few main ranks that grant special privileges.

Military Divisions:

Security Division: This division is basically the police of Arosath. They stop fights, solve crimes and make sure everyone in the city is protected. They are also the lowest of the Divisions, and yet most important.
There are five main ranks in the Security Division:
Protector- The beginning rank. They patrol the streets of the cirty in small groups and make sure there are no crimes. They are also sent to patrol the roads leading to the city.
Knight - Each knight leads a patrol of Protectors on the street. They must make sure each Protector under their command is fit for duty and solve disputes among people.
Captain - They lead a subdivision of Knights and protectors and must organise patrols and pass the different crimes to other divisions. They also, along with a Knight and five Protectors guard the local jails.
Law Bringer - They act as judges to most crimes. They are also members of the Elder Division.
Master - The commander of the Security Division. They must keep every subdivision well equipped, solve internal problems and represent his division in the Council.

Special Forces Division: - The Special forces solve delicate situations that the Security Division cannot handle. They are spies, assassins and diplomats.
Spy - They infiltrate cities and countries, gathering information about them, watching for any kind of act against Arosath and the Issari. The moment they find evidence, they send the information to the city so that the best countermeasure can me used to stop the act.
Assassin - If the problem the Spy found cannot be resolved in a peaceful manner, an Assassin is sent to quickly dispose of the problem.
Peace Seekers - The Peace Seekers normally handle most problems using diplomacy, blackmailing and every other manner they deem necessary.
The above three ranks are equal.
Solution Finder - The Solution Finders look at the information gathered by the Spies and think of the best way to use it. They are also responsible for sending either Assassins or Peace Seekers.
Last Resort - The Last Resort are members that are used in the most delicate and dangerous situations, where nothing else helps. They are one of the best assassins and diplomats and always find a way to remove the problem.
Dark Shadow The Dark Shadow is the leader of the Special Forces, choosing the best candidate for each assignment and overseeing the construction and security of the safe heavens the members of his division uses in their missions. He also represents the Special Forces in the council.

Army Division: This division is the main Military Division. Each member of the other military divisions is a part of the army. The army is summoned only when the city needs to be defended.
Fighter The basic fighter of the army. Each member start as Fighter.
Lieutenant A commander leads a platoon of fighters.
Commander Leads a squadron of Fighters and must find the best way to protect his squad if under attack and there is no order from his superiors.
General - There are four generals in the Issari army. The army is divided by four and each General controls one fourth of the army.
Tactician - The tacticians work with the generals to find the best strategy against the enemy. A tactician rarely fights in the war itself, but oversees the battle and advises alterations in the strategy to the generals.

Building Divisions:
There are many divisions here, ranging from bakers to weapon smiths. They have no real structure in them. One is either a member of the division or he isn't. Each division chooses a member to represent them in the council.

Elder Division:
They are the thinkers and leaders of the Issari. They have no real structure, being made from members of the other Divisions. Most elders are advisers and judges. The leader of each division is an Elder and they form the Council. Each session is led by a new member of the Council, chosen randomly in the beginning. They have the ultimate power in the Issari order, with the exception of the Issari Elites.

An Issari Elite are considered the wisest and most influential group in the Order. They are separate from the other divisions, but they have control over them.
