This is the plot:

Long ago, the world was created by Luka. He wove light and dark together to create a balanced world in which all beings lived. Then, he created the first nine. Each was different, but the ninth, Karretakki(car-eh-toc-ee), was special. He was made of more light than all the others, and was too light to be a perfect whole.

Time went on, and Luka was destroyed by the first eight who would go on to reproduce and slowly devolve into humanity. Before they all died, a prophecy arose. It said that Karretakki would either be the downfall or the salvation of the world. Afraid of the first coming true, they split him into two parts. They were each perfectly half of the whole. One was Karre(car-eh) the other was Takki(toc-ee).

Ages past, and nothing happened. Then, a darkness fell over the entire world. It began to destroy it, and the only hope was in the two hidden halves of the whole. There was only one problem, only two people ever knew where they were. One knew of each, and both are dead. A group has gathered to found Karre and Takki, and they must somehow find the perfect halves of the imperfect whole. If they don't the darkness will win, and the world will be completely destroyed.
